Great location outside metro. Loved the roof terrace and the breakfast. Rooms very small. Limited shelving. But fine if you are just there to sleep and shower.

The staff were lovely, breakfast was wonderful. The room was clean and comfortable - a bit small for two people, but adequate. Bed was comfortable.

Tout etait bien mais literie pas tres confortable et ventilation un peu froide qui vous tombe dessus et thermostat qui ne fonctionne pas.

Todo muy bien. Salvo que el horario del desayuno y la limpieza se piden por un app. Y se hace el día anterior. Muchas veces uno no está tan programado 24 ha antes para coordinar. De hecho uno está de vacaciones sin preocupaciones de horario. Todo muy bien salvo este aspecto.

Det har været meget træk på væreset, og da jeg nævnte det i receptionen, fik jeg at vide at næste gang skal jeg vælge et andet slags værelse..

We had a brilliant 3 night stay at this lovely hotel right in the centre of Copenhagen, easy to explore the city and metro on your doorstep so easy to get to the airport, the hotel is lovely with a great rooftop bar and breakfast included n the price very comfortable hotel and lovely staff stayed with family and we all loved the hotel and beautiful Copenhagen

Great stay, very central right next to the metro for the airport and near all of the main sights. Rooms small but very clean and well sound proofed. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast good and free drinks for happy hour a bonus. Great base for exploring Copenhagen

Vi havde booket et standardværelse med vindue og kingsize seng for to overnatninger i august. Værelset havde et vindue, men sengen stod foran vinduet og hovedgærdet spærrede for en del af udsigten og man kunne ikke komme til vinduet for sengen. Når man kiggede ud, var der en sort væg 1 meter fra vinduet, som spærrede for alt udsyn. Over vinduet udenfor var der et udhæng der gik helt over til den sorte væg. Der var således intet udsyn overhovedet og værelset var meget mørkt hele tiden, selv om solen skinnede udenfor begge dage. Vi føler os snydt for et vindue. Ved ankomsten henvendte vi os og beklagede os over værelset, men vi kunne ikke få et andet. Sengen var beskrevet som en king size størrelse. Den seng vi havde var 160 cm. bred og det er ikke det man forstår ved king size.

The staff, especially Christie, was wonderful. When I got there I did not have a wardrobe. I explaned that I was going to be there for 6 days and needed a closest. It was quickly taken care of and I could hang my clothes. I thought the rooms were a little small for the price with no frig. But the breakfast every morning was wonderful.

Great breakfast and happy hour. Rooftop bar with excellent views. Room was very nice with air conditioning.

Great hotel in a wonderful location. All staff that we encountered where very friendly and professional. Only ate breakfast at the hotel, the buffet was well stocked with fresh and delicious produce. Found the room to be very small, that said it was comfortable. Location was brilliant for our needs.

Excelente hotel, las.chicas de recepción muy amables, las habitaciones son pequeñas pero comodas, limpias y con todo lo necesario. Lo mas impresionante, es que está ubicado cerca a todos los lugares, y el Metro está frente al Hotel.

Great central location, within walking distant to major attractions. Buffet breakfast is 5/5! Great rooftop bar and friendly staff. Would recommend.

Climbing over high bathtub to get into shower was an issue.

I loved the happy hour. It was perfect for me as my son was away visiting, leaving me on my own. The breakfast was very good, lots of choices.
