Bien situé, à 100m de la plage. Gérant très gentil et serviable. Petit déjeuner au dessus de la moyenne des b&b britanniques, avec du choix (même si le poisson nécessite de payer un supplément de 4 livres, ce qui n est pas précisé), le full English ne baigne pas dans le gras comme c est souvent le cas et nous l avons apprécié. Petite vue mer depuis la chambre et la salle de petit déjeuner. Chambre globalement propre et bien équipée, avec beaucoup de crochets. Nous avons en revanche moins aimé le fait que l eau ne soit pas potable (le gérant fournit de l eau à boire, mais c est compliqué pour se laver les dents…) et qu il soit demandé de ne pas se doucher à certaines heures pour ne pas déranger les autres (zéro isolation phonique). Nous avons néanmoins apprécié notre séjour et ce b&b reste une option d hébergement satisfaisante.

Wonderful room, fantastic view. Close to all amenities. Friendly host. Just one niggle. We decided we would like the fish fish for breakfast during our stay. After we ordered we were told that there was a £4 each surcharge for the fish. That was OK, but there was no mention of this on the menu or anywhere in the details of the guest house. Maybe it should be added to the breakfast menu. Overall we had a wonderful stay, and will go back.

Really enjoyable stay at Seascape!

The accommodation was just as in pictures so perfect when expectation was old time charm. Proprietor Sean was very helpful and make to order breakfast great.

It was clean & comfortable. It could probably do with a bit of maintenance on the outside & maybe a lick of paint. But other than that it was a good place to stay. Very local to all the amenities. Only problem we had was trying to park the car! I would suggest to go by train if you can. Weymouth is a lovely place to visit.

Property was well located with lovely views overlooking the harbour. Breakfast was first rate. Owner very accommodating. Places to visit Nothe Fort, Swanage, Pontland and Lyme Regis.

The guest house was in an excellent location, with views over the beach at the front, and the lively harbour area at the rear. It was a very pleasant stay, with a good full English breakfast on offer.

Beautiful view, comfortable bed friendly host - but take a blindfold if you want to sleep. Unfortunately I got very little sleep here, there are flood lights on the building which were on all night. I asked the host about them and he said it was the council who have them and they won't take them down - so then why not have blinds?! There were no blinds on the windows and the curtains were thin. It was like the aliens were landing it was SO bright. There were blinds in the breakfast room but not in the bedroom. Then as soon as dawn came I was awake at 5am with the sun. The TV didn't work and there's no drinking water in the room. You're supplied a 1.5 bottle of tap water in the fridge, but no other way of filling it up apart from the taps at the beach! The view was beautiful, however we were first floor and it's right next to a busy road, so if you have your window open you only hear traffic not the waves, which was a shame. It was great being right on the front and so close to the beach though and the rooms were a good price with breakfast. The breakfast was really good, although it would be good if there was something on the menu for kids, even just an option of pancakes or something other than just toast/cereal. The breakfast room also had a lovely view, although somewhat obscured by a huge vase of old silk flowers. We had a nice time, but wouldn't be back as I got very little sleep.

Lovely clean room overlooking the harbour. Comfy bed and perfect location for everything you need for a short stay. Brekky great too.

Great hospitality, super friendly host. Loved the breakfast and especially their coffee! Weymouth is a spectacular place with some of the most amazing views of the white cliffs in the background, the beautiful beaches, and the loveliest, most picturesque harbor I have ever seen!!😍 And Seascape was right in the middle of all that beauty!!!!

I was made welcome when I arrived by the owner Sean, nothing was to much The local area was great plenty to see and do. I enjoyed swims in the sea 💦 I met up with friends who were staying close by. The promenade and beaches were kept very clean after very busy days.

Beautiful harbour view from my room. Very clean and comfortable. Loo took a lot of flushing !!! Breakfast very good, missed the yoghurts and summer fruits Definitely stay again, location for everything was excellent. Thankyou

The location of this property is about as good as you could get for the beach and the harbour you don't need a car or taxis everything is within walking distance the room was good and ensuite and the breakfast was good and plenty of it

The guesthouse was lovely! Right on the seafront, clean tidy, the host was very welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was gorgeous and well presented. Beds were comfy and ensuite fitted the bill perfectly! Great place to stay!!
