The room was ok. Reception has no processes in order, They could not see our booking when we arrived and They have in addition a bad attitude.

The property was nice but the customer service was zero from the reception and they are of no help …it took forever to check in despite being tired and having a confirmed booking they claimed they couldnt find my booking and when i asked for a solution no direct answer was given the customer service is terrible. Instead of giving options i was made to wait close to an hour at the reception only to be given a room and then they changed it when i was settling in.

So booked this stay ion Orbitz and prepaid . When I checked in they said I owed them money. Showed them my receipt on orbitz gave me a hassle but said ok. When I checked out 3 days later said I owed money agsin. Showed her receipts for payment of the 3 nights. Refused to honor them even those I had proof of payment. Threatened to not let me leave until I paid. She made me talk to the people off the phone and I sent them proof emails. Still wanted me to pay agsin for 2 nights. Was a nightmare, terrible management at desk. This place was a joke. Also no air conditioning and the ceiling in the bathroom fell in while I was there also and they never offered me any compensation but treating me and trying to make me miss my flight home. Stay away!!!!

I paid money booked and went to the hotel and they couldn't find my reservation. They shifted me from room to room for two hours and finally I was shown a room with a faulty door that couldn't be openedeven by the attendants. I did not stay there and my refund has never been given todate.

Second time staying in the same apartment and the cleanliness standards have dropped. The were dead roaches and flies in the living room and dirt on the carpet. The apartment had some damage on the walls and signs of lack of repair or paint work. The shower head worked partially with inconsistent temperature regulation. And the sheets and pillows had wear and tears with a number of stains.
