Rating & Review Keseluruhan Tru by Hilton Naperville Chicago

I was traveling with my dog so chose Tru because it was friendly. The room felt cheap even though it was priced just as high as other hotels nearby. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean but that's about all I have to say positive. The flooring in the room is vinyl and the walls are so thin so sound carried so much. Every time the person the floor above me walked I could hear every footstep. I could also hear everything (and I mean everything) from the rooms next to me until 3 or 4 am. Every time I was almost asleep some other noise would wake me up. I cancelled my plans for the day and drove home at 7:30 am just so I could sleep. Save your $200 for one of the other hotels close by.

Cleanliness of the room is poor and don't make the bed or clean the room daily.

The stay was amazing. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The morning breakfast has some room for improvement for sure.

Charita was amazing! She was working by herself and still was cheerful and welcoming. The pancake maker… omg! Could hear the people walking above me in the middle of the night; but I will just request a high floor next time.

Besides the staff being great and the stay in general, the breakfast options were some of our favs!

We loved the common area, the pool table and the staff was so friendly! Thank you all so much!!!

It met our needs

We had the nicest stay! This is going to be our new go-to hotel when we come to town. The service and staff were outstanding. The free breakfast is excellent. Great variety and constantly replenished. Comfy bed too. Highly recommend!

No coffee maker in the room

Staff is friendly and breakfast option is great and easy to access property from multiple entrances and ample parking.

I didn't like the fact I had a concern and the over night staff was very rude other than that everything else was nice and the other staff

The stay here was nice. Rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. First time staying at this property and would definitely stay again, if time permits.

Stayed there for an hour and left people on my floor smoked or vaped weed I can’t stand the smell , when I called them they said it’s non smoking facility when I told her to go and check it she said she can send someone , and nothing was done

Room space good Shower hot water was just warm, could have been hotter. Had to ask for soap for shower. Did replace clean towels but did not makeup beds. Rooms are a little thin. Could hear person on other side snore. Good location
