Room clean, however, breakfast short of food.

Took 3 hours to get che jed in. Staff had to restart computer multiple times. Owner had to call to verify information. Toliet did not work in first room, 2nd room horrible horrible smell, mold growing in fridge, customer service horrible.

good room for a reasonable price.

Too close to the road

toilet paper was stuck in a hole in the bathroom wall! cobwebs behind the bathroom door. stains on the bedspread and linens. Terrible experience. Many people hanging around the outside of the front the the hotel - didn't feel safe.

Was a good quite stay

If your traveling alone, the oceanside room is amazing. I cant recommend it enough.

The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and accomodating. I asked for a room where there would be the least amount of noise and the young lady that checked me in did her best to accommodate me. The area of the property that the room was in was mostly quiet except for a vehicle with a loud engine which they could not help. I did not have someone next to me on either side! The four star rating is mainly due to the linens and towels in the room....ALL OF WHICH HAD STAINS ON THEM!!! I always travel with my own towels but i did have to go buy my daughter a towel set because the towels did not look like the should be used on your skin. The stains looked like the towels had been used to clean with and no amount of washing and or bleach would get them out. Yuck! There was a stain on the comforter that looked like a brown drink was spilled on it. They need to either get a stronger washing solution or just replace that stuff when it gets like that. The only other thing i could find fault with is that when we went down for breakfast. There was only a couple muffins left. Grant it, it was around 945! Other than those two things, i enjoyed my stay there and would stay again, if i couldnt find a better room for or around the same price!

Dirty room

The sheets were dirty and had some smoke bruns. All around was insecure

An older property. It was clean, staff friendly, and close to restaurants.

The room andobby smelled of old smoke and something else I can't explain. People fighting in the parking lot and extremely uncomfortable environment.

It was supposed to be Jon smoking room. It smelled terrible. They would not change my room or offer anything. They just sprayed the room with something and turned the AC on. And claimed that they did not have a sense of smell so they could not do anything about it. Towels were filthy. Too dirty to take shower. This property should be condemned and demolished.

When I arrived, I was told that I had reserved an accessible room (I did not) and that neither accessible room was available and I had to pay an extra $20 to stay in another room. I was also told I should have called in advance to change rooms, which is ridiculous since I didn't know the accessible rooms they claimed I had booked were taken. Clearly this makes no sense and there is some issue between Travelocity and the hotel. I just payed the $20 since I had no other options, but this is unacceptable in several different ways.

This was during Hurricane Helene so was glad to have a place.

After a long day of travel and hiking my husband and I checked into the Super 8. I was exhausted. Miguel was an incredible front desk attendant. I was exhausted and Miguel was so incredibly kind, professional, compassionate, and composed when I wasn’t. He got me checked in quickly and really didn’t deserve to deal with me at that stage I was in. Super guy. The room was dirtier than what I expected. My husband and I travel a lot and we’ve stayed at Super 8s before. This was the dirtiest by far. The bathroom wall was deteriorating (chunks missing) along with the wall by the bed. Regarding the bed I thought it felt fine! Again, we’ve stayed at Super 8s and generally have a decent experience.

Chose to stay at a hotel on a quick nights sleep. Unfortunately, they were all out of king rooms for non smoking. So I chose to stay in a king smoking room (Which they only had one left). Now I was under the assumption the room might just be a little smelling of smoke, But on arrival, there was more to the story. Cigarette burns in the comforter, sheets, and bed. The sheets themselves were in terrible condition, had tears in them, and stains. There was also a grocery bag of shoved In the door, where the peep hole was supposed to be. At what point during an economic inflation, should we have to deal with less than quality rooms? Especially since we are having to pay more but get less. And just these few problems I’ve occurred, there were many others that night, and I didn’t even stay the night. Now having the battle to get my money back.

Very old run down property. The wrecking ball would be a great thing for this property!
