The hotel & location was great. The staff was effective & responded when contacted. I misplaced my keycard & it was late at night & raining, I contacted after hours emergency & they came asap to assist me. The only problem i had was that there was a lot of dirt & hair on the back & top tank cover of the toilet seat

Nice spacious units. However, the sofa held an odor.

It was pretty good. Would definitely book again. The kitchen was perfect sized. I will say beware of the time of year you're booking. There were a lot of families with children so it was a little rowdy at times. BUT this property is a 10/10 in my book.

Nice place very clean and staff was nice

The front desk staff leaves at 7 p.m., so if you arrive after that, check-in might be a bit confusing. But they do call you in advance to explain the check-in instructions. I arrived pretty late too, but had no trouble checking in thanks to a security guard waiting at the main entrance. The front desk staff was also very friendly when I checked out the next morning. The room itself was in good condition since it's a new building, but the cleaning could have been better. I think they could pay a bit more attention to cleanliness.

We booked a double queen bed room with a pull out couch and were given a single queen bed room with a couch. No one was at the property to fix this issue.

No shower curtain, not enough towels. Locked out of room for hours. Could not contact hotel employee or security guard!! Finally, another tenant happen to be leaving bldg and contacted someone for help!! Done with APT!!!

Nicky, the manager, was as personable as she was available to assist. The property is not near downtown Montgomery, so the added cost of transportation (car rental or Uber) should be factored in. Still, it’s a clean, quiet, and comfortable stay.

Cons - Sheets were not clean…walls are thin…carpet looks like they haven’t been shampooed in years…coach and chair had stains in it…light fixtures dusty…overall, I felt icky when I left and I only stayed one night. Pros - location was perfect for us

This hotel is my favorite. I am always greeted with courtesy and made to feel valued. Everything is always clean and in order. The location is very convenient for shopping, interstate access, and other family venutures.

Overall my stay was pleasant. The staff was pleasant and accommodating. I would consider staying here again. The location was great. What's not so great are the thin walls. I could hear neighbors alarms, phones ringing and conversations. Also, the chair and sofa in living area need a very deep clean or to be replaced.

The moral of everyone was amazing! I loved the energy of the employees! The property was / is always taken care of by them! 10/10 i recommend people to book! I’ll be booking again as usual!

First stay with this property brand. Very clean and accommodating! Property management was extremely friendly and very helpful. Large space, and very comfortable bed. Very well appointed spaces, not a luxury hotel but better in many ways for business travel. We would love to go back anytime
