The excellent service the staff provided. I was very well taken care of the staff provided the best service. Saul was so kind and helpful when I needed his help.as well as the front desk staff. They went above and beyond to make my stay very comfortable. I also must share that the bed was so comfortable that it made my rest some of the most enjoyable. The property is so well taken care of and a 10 Star worthy mark! Everything from the excellent staff, comfortable bed and soft bedding, very clean rooms and beautiful common areas. I can’t wait to visit again and get to stay at UTOPIC Campos Elíseosby ULIV.

Second time staying here. Great, friendly staff. Super clean and comfortable room. A lovely, small and totally unique option in a great area populated mostly by massive chain hotels. Love this place!

Room was great! my only note (and it's because I really like this place)- the hand soap smelled like cheap almond smelling soap you find in public bathrooms. Please, change it to something better.

Our stay was beyond what we imagined. All the staff was so nice. Our room was spacious and we even had a small kitchen which was a surprise. The location was the best. Everything was perfect.

We had a lovely stay. It is truly a beautiful property. Our room was very nice, classy, extremely clean, and the service was excellent and friendly. We appreciated the option for early check-in/late check-out for a little extra$. Excellent communication by staff. The hotel is in a beautiful neighborhood, safe and relatively quiet. Only downside was the hotel is very cold in the morning and evenings, and the continental breakfast is a little underwhelming. But I would recommend this hotel to any foreign traveler.

Location, Location, Location! What a wonderful property full of historical character, and modern amenities. One block from Lincoln park and tons of restaurants and shopping, 9 minute walk to the Archaeological Museum and other museums. The area was clean safe and provided all we needed ( still the park at 11 pm - no problem felt safer here than I do in my neighbor in the US.) The staff bent over backwards to provide us everything we could have needed or wanted. 24 hour front desk and doorman and the quaintness of a small boutique property. We Will be back!
