Buen servicio

Os lençóis estavam sujos e encardidos, assim como a cortina. Levando em consideração que a janela do quarto dava para o corredor e que não poderíamos abrir nunca, torna o lugar escuro. Não voltaria.

Horrible architecture, poor infrastructure. Half-baked.

Había olor a humedad en el baño, no brindan toallas pequeñas para el baño y solo toallas azules grandes para la ducha, que sinceramente lo dejan con la duda a uno de que tan limpias puedan estar.

Me gustaría que me hagan un reembolso ya que reservé dos veces una habitación y solo usé una

Spotless room, courteous staff

La habitación no era apta para recibir personas. No tenía aire acondicionado y era estrecha para dos adultos y una niñita de. 6 años. Para llegar a la habitación hay que bajar como 60 gradas en línea, no aptas para una persona con alguna limitación física. Destacó la a amabilidad de la señora que labora en el restaurante.

The staff was wonderful but that room was HORRIBLE DO NOT BOOK HERE !!! my room was infested with ROACHES I ended up having to book at another place !!!!! the room smelled like mildew !!!! I couldn’t even get under the covers because they smelled that bad !!!! I was scared to even use the Bathroom !!!!!!! Again do not book here !!!!!!

Incómodo el acceso a las habitaciones

Habitación sucia. Con un boquete en la pared, en el boquete tenían cosas guardadas como almacén y la pared en ese almacén tenía un panel de madera. Alededores sucios. Balcón sucio. Está en construcción y todo está sucio y regado. Una pesadilla. No se parece en nada q las fotos una decepción. La vista del balcón a unos ranchos y montes.

Please do not go to this place. My stay was a nightmare due to severe mold. The first room smelled terrible and had visible mold all over the ceiling. I was moved to three different rooms, and each one was worse than the last—one even had fresh paint on the floor just to hide the mold. The building also has no elevator and lots of stairs, which is a huge hassle if you have luggage. It feels like a converted office complex rather than a proper hotel. While the staff was okay, the facility is a disaster. I wish I had known this before booking. Avoid at all costs.

No fue lo que esperaba

Worse place ever to stay. For starters they put me in room 101 the first room in villa. The room had a bed and night stand and tv had to be plugged in. Did not look like pictures on the app. Secondly the staff talked all night and everything echoes and I could not sleep at all and very uncomfortable. They did not want to grant me a refund so I will take up with credit card company. No one at night cares about the people quit times and sleep. I do not and i mean do not recommend staying here I left at 7am and didn’t stay the whole time I was there.

First and foremost the property address given on Expedia is NOT the correct address. That caused a lot of confusion and problems for our diver trying to get us there after dark to check in. The building did not even have a lighted sign when we finally found this non descriptive building in an area of what looks like warehouses. There was a QR code and phone number in the room for the restaurant that neither worked. The WiFi password was not given or in tbe room and I had to go back to the front desk to ask for it. We never did eat at the restaurant. Housekeeping comes around in the morning to clean the vacated rooms. They played music and sang quite loudly as they worked and we tried to sleep. The bathroom shower only had a flimsy shower curtain that didn’t keep water in the shower, so the floor ended up soaking wet. No floor towels, no hand towels, only two rather thin towels for two people to dry off. The towels never dried and housekeeping never serviced the room during out 2 night stay. I would likely never stay there again, nor would I ever recommend it to anyone else to stay there.

Los puntos buenos: El hotel esta muy bien localizado y la casa es una gran construcción. Sin embargo esta en obra, hay mucho polvo, los pisos estan sucios. La primera noche aunque pague habitacion superior, me dieron una estándar, un poco oscura y pequeña. La habitación tenía un olor terrible a pegante de tubería.. tuvimos que mantener la puerta del baño cerrada, prender el aire y abrir la ventana para poder dormir. La lámpara de la habitación estaba rota, el mueble de closet roto. Hay televisor pero no servicio de televisión. No hay teléfono en la habitación por lo que tienes que ir hasta la recepción si necesitas algo. Para nuestra segunda visita tuvimos la habitación por la que habíamos pagado y dormimos bien. Para reforzar el tema de aseo y mantenimiento, asi como la ropa de cama ( no hay protector de colchon y las sabanas son degadas y con motas).. que pesar que un lugar tan bonito tenga tantas fallas en relación con el valor pagado. En cuanto al personal solo destaca el recepcionista nocturno, muy amable y atento.

La recepcionista indiferente, sin deseos de atender. Tenía a la par a una persona que parecía y hablaba como extranjero, con mal humor atendiendo de forma pesada
