The hotel is well located. Rooms are great . Staff of the hotel very helpful. The breakfast experience was Terrible. The staff of the breakfast horrible.

Very central. Easy walk to museum. Many dining options. Large rooms.

The hotel and our room were beautiful and there was great customer service! Convenient location, just a 5 minute walk to Old Town Bilbao with lots of restaurants and shops, and about a 20 minute walk to the Guggenheim Museum. There is also a nice rooftop bar at the hotel. Parking was a little bit far, about a 10 minute walk from the hotel. We had a very good experience overall.

Great Hotel located very centrally - facilities were modern but service was poor for Breakfast and also in the Rooftop Bar where prices are high so would expect better service. Also disappointing that there was no complimentary bottled water in the room - there was bottled water in the Minibar at €5.00 for a small bottle which was expensive. Loved Bilbao and surrounding area

Excellent experience, great location.

This hotel bills itself as 5 star. I would only give it 3 stars. The front desk was unfriendly, non-professional, and their spoken English was poor. They need much better people skills and training. We had a second floor room in the back. The front desk said our wouldn’t be noisy but in fact the back of the hotel is a narrow pedestrian street lined with outdoor cafes. It was very noisy, into the early morning hours, so management clearly recognizes the problem that the front desk claims doesn’t exist!

It is a boutique style hotel suitable for those who enjoy a small property. The decor is modern and the hotel seems to have been renovated recently. I found our room to be very dusty with finger prints on the walls in the bathroom and in the elevator. The front door was very heavy and stuck to the floor when opened. There is no turn down service, the pillows were small and flat, there is no coffee shop. Other than the convenient location, I was disappointed with this hotel.

Bra standard på hotellet ochbservice. Besviken på poolen ingick inte och var för varmt för bada då vi valde hotellet bl.a för att det finns en pool.

Well… While the room was spacious and stylish, we felt that the rooftop and the breakfast area where not well maintained, it lacked maintenance. Service was for a 5* Hotel not existent. Breakfast was horrible, dirty buffet, food not refilled and service on the so famous rooftop was super stressed. So in high season they closed big parts of the rooftop, and on big parts of the open area it smelled badly of seveage system. Definitely not going back!

Eminent indtjekning af yderst servicemindet, professionel og informativ mandelig receptionist. Dejligt rummeligt værelse med stor og meget behagelig seng. Masser af skabsplads, safe, morgenkåber og et stort badeværelse med både karbad og stort regntider. Dejlig rooftop bar, hvor man også kan indtage morgenmaden, der er ganske glimrende - det grove brød er i særdeleshed godt ☺️ Bor der to nætter, men brugte hverken gym eller spa- og poolområde.

Great location! But with that came lots of noise as was on the Main Street! But very handy for everything!
