Great staff, super clean

Chambre très propre et salle de bain également. Personnel courtois et très gentil à mon arrivé. Le seul petit bémol et rien de très grave est que le locker pour nos valises est loin de la chambre ce qui rend l’organisation un peu plus complexe. Pas beaucoup de salle de bain non plus pour le nombre de voyageur. Mais sinon je recommande!!! Très proche de la gare de train

Nice, affordable, comfortable pod. The only problem was a person who snored loudly. I guess there’s not much you can do. Bad luck. That was my second time and I will repeat.

朝食は付いていないので当然、ホテルで取る事になるが、狭く、時間帯によっては混む。 付近の店はは早くからは開いてくれない。 大きな荷物はロッカーに入らないので、フロント預けになる。 出し入れが頻繁にしにくい。

This was my first hostel experience, and it was really great! I loved the security of being able to lock the pod. The staff was very accommodating, and we were able to store our luggage at the hostel for a few hours before checking in, which was a huge help. As others have mentioned, the pod gets a bit warm. But everything was clean, smelled fresh, and well-maintained. My only complaint is that my rain jacket got stolen; myself and a few others had left our rain jackets on the outside of the pod to dry off, and mine was the only one that was taken. Of course that's not the hostel's fault...it's just one of those things. I'd definitely stay here again, as you really can't beat the price, location, and cleanliness.

El espacio muy bien y acorde , pero el personal grosero , poco dispuesto , y mala cara al menos el señor que está más tiempo allá , no nos pudo ni indicar dónde comprar un transformador europeo y después de las 11 no nos dejaron bañarnos por q nuestro tiempo de check in terminó…

Very tiny. 5 chairs total for people to eat and work for 24 occupants. Eating in capsules not allowed. Only two toilets for men and two toilets for women but only ONE sink for women. Sink area was constantly crowded in the morning. I stayed 6 nights and was told on the third day my bedding needed to be changed. I told them I didn't need it changed.They said it was a requirement, and they needed to do it by the next day. So I cleared my bed the next day, but they never came. They should make this clear when making the reservation. But the worst thing was the cheap plastic that make up the capsules. Not sound proof at all. I slept with my headphones on every night because I could hear other people snoring in the other capsules. The air circulation is also bad and can't be controlled, despite there being a knob there for it. I stayed at the capsule hostel in Valencia, which was great (higher quality capsules) and was hoping this would be similar. This place was terrible.

Bed was not comfortable. There was lots of noise. No sound proofing. It was over priced for the money you pay.
