My family and I have a great time at this hotel. The breakfast is delicious and maintain high quality. Their chef at the egg station is a great cook. It is the best breakfast we had when we were in Europe. The staff and managers from the hotel and restaurant are very professional and helpful. The team truly reflects the General Manager’s, great characters and leadership. They truly cares about his guest satisfactions. The room is spacious and clean. We would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends, and one day would come back again.

Hervorragende Unterkunft mit wirklich exzellentem Personal. Unser Zimmer (Junior Suite Corner View) bot einen einmaligen Ausblick. Das Zimmer war sehr grosszügig und geräumig. Frühstück war spektakulär. Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend und wir konnten ganz Warschau zu Fuss erkunden. Für künftige Aufenthalte kommen wir sehr, sehr gerne wieder!

We were received well, left our bags at the reception since being there very early and after spending many hours walking around in the town we came back to check in. The young lady gave us an upgrade and the room was amazing. We had been working on our house for two weeks straight before flying to Warsaw so that short stop was desperately needed. We enjoyed the gorgeous views, room was beautiful and we also had a fantastic dinner at the restaurant. Lovely service from everyone really and our first impression of Poland is fantastic. We hope to visit again. Thank you ever so much 😍

Comfortable and great breskfast

Really good hotel, loved the shoe cleaning machine! Only down side was a problem with mains water, so couldn’t shower for one day and when the water came back on, twas orange. But lovely break.

Great hotel. Awful lifts

We had the most amazing experience from the moment we arrived, a beautiful apartment with a balcony, bottle of prosecco and a birthday dessert in the fridge for my Husband's 40th. Such a nice touch. Would highly recommend!!
