Rating & Review Keseluruhan Hotel De Anza

I will never use this hotel again since I was charged a horrible amount. Be careful because you will be charged a completely different amount than the amount you booked online. When you checked out, they won’t show you the invoice because the machine is broken, and they’ll send you a higher invoice later.

It was perfect finest hotel in all of san jose

Business Meetings and Special Event for the day and night. Had hoped the there were better dining options for business Meetings.

Historic space super convenient to SJC

The hotel was nice. Can tell it was an older hotel. The only real bad part was there was not any hotel parking. You either HAD to pay for valet at $45 a day or park at a nearby parking garage and walk 1-2 blocks. Just very inconvenient especially if you're returning late and you have to walk through club/bar area to get to the hotel.

Close to shops, restaurants, and bars. However, only 1 electrical outlet worked in the room. The sink faucet handle was broken. The pillows felt like balled up sheets and were smaller than my decorative pillows on my couch. Comfort is seriously lacking at this place.

Great overnight stay for a concert. Walking distance to S.A.P was a huge factor. Customer service was great. Room was great, except that the description said city veiw, which i kinda had in the livingroom, but the bedroom window overlooked the rooftop of the garage. The other thing was that there was no ice on any floor. Had to go downstairs, but the front desk was kind enough to get me some ice from the bar. A little inconvenient but not a deal breaker. Overall would definitely stay again

The hotel has a good location, but parking is very expensive above normal paid for a daily allowance in other places in the region. And when I went to check they didn't find my reservation because they said I didn't confirm it. I paid and had the payment receipt for me that's enough to confirm that everything was ok.

I have asthma and allergies. At times, it is difficult to find a hotel that doesn’t bother my asthma due to excessive fragrance. Hotel De Anza is clean, functional and sensitive peeps friendly. Would recommend to my fellow sensitive people. And… location is fantastic! Steps to San Pedro market👍🙂 I will be back for sure!

Every thing was good from the front desk to the housekeeping were friendly only thing i didn't like i had to go to the restaurant for ice

Excellent check in process. Staff was so friendly! Clean room and very close to restaurants.

Loved it. Clean, neat, well decorated, friendly staff. Despite being a historic hotel, everything is newly remodeled. Very spacious corner room. Would definitely stay again!
