Didn't experience the spa but it looked like an amazing amenity. Restaurant was excellent; great food, good atmosphere, lovely waterfront view. I know the rooms are gradually being updated but what really needs an overhaul is the hallways, which are very dark (black walls, black ceiling). I had a billing issue in which I was accidentally billed an astronomical amount for "upgrading" from 2 Double beds to 1 King, but when I called the management they were more than happy to resolve the issue with a reimbursement. They fixed it swiftly and courteously. Would stay here again!

The hotel was good, with the steakhouse/bar being a highlight. The wait staff in the restaurant were great. The room had a nice view, but the 4th floor at least seemed like it was in between renovations, with modern features mixed in with dated furniture and appliances. The hallways were very dimly lit. The king bed was very comfortable. Overall a solid experience.

All staff people were so nice (spa, restaurant, room service, evening desk clerk, etc.) except for the day desk clerk during our three-day stay

L'impression de sejourner dans un motel Oui la salle de bain a ete renovee et les matelas étaient bien mais aucun effort de decoration, une clim/chauffage hyper bruyante et une odeur vraiment desagreable de citronnelle INTENSE ... A 180$ la nuit je mattendais a qque chose dun peu mieux

Personnel accueillant Chambre propre mais meubles / déco démodés Chauffage de la chambre très bruyant et ne permettant pas de choisir la température en celcius donc très approximatif et difficile à gérer

On est resté une seule nuit mais je devais payer $129.00 et ça m a couté 169. Pour finir à $200.00. Je comprends pas ???
