Just a fantastic chilled place to stay for the weekend

A clean room, comfortable bed and a rather nice view out the window. Plenty of parking and easy access. The staff were pleasant and easy to interact with. Will stay here again.

We stayed for one night before an exhibition at Stoneleigh Park. It was really convenient for that venue. The room was comfortable, breakfast was amazing -and for £11 you got fruit, yogurt, cereals, pastries, and then the full cooked breakfast buffet. The food was fresh, well presented and lots of choice. I did notice a gluten free breakfast bar too. We ate in the evening - not a massive choice on the menu, but we found something we liked. The only downside for us was that the room was hot, but that might be perfect for others. Parking was easy, lovely grounds to walk round and lots of smaller, nook like areas to spend time in. We did not try the gym or other facilities as we arrived late and left early. Would come back again.

Fantastic breakfast selection, parking was great, reception staff okay, bar staff could've mentioned to us that it was closing whilst we played pool as staff came and asked us if we wanted another drink, however we hadn't finished but didn't mention closing!

Everything about my stay was perfect except... It’s my second time staying here so I wanted to give the benefit of the doubt but the shower head again had pink mould :(

Breakfast was ok - but tinned fruit rather than fresh was a let down. The cooked breakfast was a bit cold despite being under the heaters.

We had a really lovely stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always happy to help and made us feel genuinely welcome. The room was comfortable, spotless, and wonderfully quiet—perfect for a relaxing night’s sleep. It’s clear that a lot of care goes into creating a peaceful and enjoyable environment for guests. Overall, a very nice stay, and I wouldn’t hesitate to return. Highly recommended!

I had room 233.. sadly the road outside is busy all through the night. I can normally sleep through anything but sadly not this. Eventually got to sleep at 3.30am after trying ideas to block out noise. Shame really as the hotel and staff are lovely.

Great hotel to stay whilst on business Big shout out the reception staff and the team on room bookings they are super helpful , This is our go to hotel when we work in that area

Excellent breakfast choice with superb quality of ingredients. All the staff were friendly, helpful and super efficient. Room extremely comfortable with plenty of storage and the views were stunning. Parking easy and spacious. Would definitely stay again.

Nice location for both business events and of a weekend it was nice and quiet too. Did find it strange though that a hotel aimed at business events and conferences there was no USB points in either the social areas or the bedrooms.

When we first arrived, the desk receptionist was not very Ord to say the least and we were off to a rough start when the room key would not work several times and we had to hike up the stairs because the elevator was out of order. There was some confusion about the dinner menu so we skipped dinner in the restaurant but in the morning we had an amazing breakfast buffet laid out which was one of the best breakfast buffets I’ve ever seen. After reading the reports of the restaurant I had my doubts but we were totally shocked at the ample and delicious breakfast buffet. We reported our concerns to the manager who was very responsive and helped us sort out the problems. It’s a lovely setting the room was great. We had a comfortable stay. It was not too hot. It was just perfect and most ways. A good value and especially that breakfast I can’t say enough.
