One of ghe very nicest rooms i have stayed in ....renovated, clean, kitchenette in room, walkin shower, comfortable beds, lg screen tv, close to all amenities

Check in in der glänzenden Hotellobby, die eigentliche Unterkunft befand sich jedoch im Hinterhof des Hotels und es handelte sich um ein Motelzimmer. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig unf sauber. Wir hatten jedoch fälschlicherweise erwartet dass es sich um ein Hotelzimmer handelt. Frühstück sehr gut, Eierspeisen werden auf Wunsch frisch zubereitet.

Had a birds nest outsode my bathroom and thats all i heard all night

First off I will say that rating on staff alone, check in, etc, and the breakfast (omelets cooked to order!) I would give this place an EXCELLENT) The reason for low rating is because I booked through Expedia and didn’t realize I had booked an extended stay room, which is actually the old motel in back. Very old and outdated. The big screen TV was useless to watch because trouble with internet and it kept freezing or skipping. Bathroom lino coming loose, trippable, bathroom door wouldn’t latch, no bath towels. The main hotel is a convention centre and looked very nice. When booking make sure you don’t book the “extended stay” part. The back motel part either needs a major renovation or just remove entirely.

The hotel itself is always great but this is the second time ive stayed there and both times were problems with parking. The hotel hosts events in the conference center in the night but then there is nowhere for guests to park. All the fire lanes were blocked with cars and no one could acess the area. At 930pm when we came to check in, instead of being able to park and go to our room, we had to leave the premisis and go drive around town for a while until a parking spot opened up. There were drunk belligerent people in the parking lot all evening, and it wasnt giving the safest vibe. ( it was a boxing event being held in the hotel). Its really a shame that such a nice hotel constantly oversells events to far exceed their parking capacity.

I was surprised how nice it was for the cost! The room was perfect, clean, and spacious. Breakfast was delicious. Staff was kind and always available. Pool was clean, hot tub was out of order but c’est la vie. Super close to shops and walking distance from everywhere I wanted to go! Highly recommend, would stay again.

Not as advertised. Place stinks and rooms look like a renovation motel. So much noise outside. Not for me. Sorry. This is a motel not a hotel!!!!

The person next to me started slamming doors at 5am. Their tv is so loud I can hear their show, they keep clearing their throat and hawking up something terrible. This is the worst stay I’ve had in any hotel in a long time! I booked because it had a hot tub, that apparently broke, I am so disappointed.

The staff were so kind. The hotel was nice but the staff there made the stay the best. The hotel room was clean basic and could use some more paintings. Good for what we needed for a day.

I stayed in the Extended Stay section at the back of the main hotel. The main reason for my average rating is that the mattress in my room was very hard and extremely uncomfortable. I barely slept. Also a security latch had been removed from the door to my unit and the area where it had been located was not filed down properly and was very sharp and I cut my finger on it. I mentioned these things to the gentleman at the front desk staff who expressed concern and took note saying he would pass along that information. Also, I noticed that I was in an adjoining room and the door to that room had push lock knob and nothing else like a dead bolt which is not very secure On a positive note the location was very convenient and the staff were very friendly and professional. I also appreciated having a buffet breakfast included with the room. I was especially impressed with the lovely young man who greeted me when I entered the buffet area and asked if I would like him to make an omelette for me (which turned out delicious).

Had a great 2 night stay. The room was very nice. The pool and hot tub we enjoyed. Breakfast omelet was excellent and the front desk staff very friendly. We will definitely be back.

Convention Center on site. Whole town within 10 minute drive.
