Solo nos quedamos una noche, pero es un hotel muy bonito y muy cuidado, con una excelente ubicación. Muy recomendable!

Clean room, staff, air condition

성 프란치스코 대성당과 가깝고,후기가 좋아서 예약했어요. 조금 오래된 관리가 잘된 호텔입니다. 화장실은 리모델링 해서 깨끗합니다. 로마 3성급호텔보다 좋아서 2성급인줄 몰랐네요. 가격은 10만원이상 비쌌거든요. 프론트 남자직원분과 여자직원분은 친절하세요. 그런데 낮에 다른분이 계셔서 슬리퍼와 생수는 어메니티로 없냐고 물으니 안쪽에서 연세있는 아주머니가 나오더니 2스타라서 없다고 소리를 지르더군요ㅠ 그때 아주 기분이 상했습니다. 조식은 따로 신청해서 먹었는데요. 가격만큼은 아니에요. 꼬르네토는 인당1개씩, 커피 직접 물어보고 갖다줍니다. 삶은달걀이 있고, 채소는 없어요. 과일은 없는줄 알고 잘게 썬 딸기와 푸룬절임을 먹었는데요. 나중에 보니 구석진 곳에 과일이 있더라고요. 속이 빨간오렌지가 아주 맛있으니 꼭 드세요~~~ 배불러서 1개 엄마와 나눠먹었는데 더 못 먹어서 아쉬웠어요~ 빵은 한종류 빼고, 다 스폰지케이크류라 단빵 위주로 있어요. 요플레, 치즈,햄종류 있습니다. 다시간다면 재방문 의사 있어요. 위치가 성당 옆이라서 좋고, 화장실이 깨끗하거든요. 그런데 근처 레스토랑 가려면 오르막길을 올라야하니 부모님과 함께라면 버스타세요~

What a beautiful hotel. It’s comfy in an old family country house sort of way. The staff are wonderfully friendly and positive. Actually observance the employees together was beautiful in how the work and laugh together. The front desk and restraint staff are a well oiled team. Complete delight. Also excellent location near the Basilica and gelato. Minerva’s restaurant serves very tasty food.

Convenient location, clean and friendly staff. We didn't partake of the breakfast. The rooms were nicely decorated and quiet, plus had a small fridge. The only negative aspects were the beds were quite firm and the towels were seriously rough. The bathroom was lacking hooks to hang items but we managed. I would recommend it.

Friendly and accommodating staff, clean rooms close to everything in town. We enjoyed our stay!

The room and amenities were very useful with ample space for a family with 1 baby. Toilet had all necessary stuffs and clean as well with a great location very close to the bus stop. Unfortunately we were unhappy with the staff supervisor of the Day of check out who could learn some lessons of "Hospitality". The staff who was in during our check in was very understanding and helpful and seeing how cranky our baby was gave us a grace period until 10:30am even though the check out time is 10am but this staff member was there was totally blunt and sounded rude too. I understand staffs abide by rules which we understand but portraying that message to a customer in the right way is very important in Hospitality sector. Therfore 3 staff for hotel room and 1 star for that staff member.
