Great property! I didnt like they charge you $20 per day upon arrival which i didn't know until i got there. Plus, i receive a text yesterday from someone there asking me what happen to one of the knives there and why they found it broken. They asked me to pay to replace which I thought was odd!!

Solo una de 3 televisores funcionaban y la host no dio la asistencia oportuna para solucionar. Adicionalmente nos cobraron 40 USD por consumo eléctrico. Lo veo abusivo.

Has everything you need

Do not rent from these folks. Key lock wasn't working properly, hot tub empty and not usable. No interest in any sort of customer service. Absolutely my worst ever rental experience, on any platform. Expedia should remove them

Everyone was nice and very respectful, the place was clean and the pool area was great

Please bring toothpaste and soap. They don’t clean the property unless you leave. You have go pay $20 a day for light and $30 for cleaning which is when u leaving. Limited amount of tissue. No extra garbage bin

Our power went completely out on the 3rd of 4 nights there. We had to move all of our things to another suite. After we switched suites we had no internet. We were not compensated for the inconvenience.

The apartment I stayed in was beautiful and clean. I loved the pools in their design, length and the nature around. Mr Luis, the concierge, made my stay pleasant also. He was always available and helped resolve any issue/concern speedily. Simply a pleasure and I will return any time I get the chance. The residence is a little isolated so I would recommend renting a car to get around easily.

Flott leilighet 2x Ac , 2xtv . 2x vifter Fantastisk uteområder med bassenger rett ut .Kjøkken ,9Treningsrom 30 m fra leilighet. Minimarked i bygget. Resturang 4-500 m unna. Man må betale 20$ ekstra for strøm pr natt. Varmtvann var det ikke, fikk ikke noen av tv til og virke ( kjøpte nye batteri) Du må også ha whats Up for og sjekke inn og sende passinformasjon ! Kjempeservice der di henter deg på flyplass,veldig behjelpelig folk.

ellugar es bonito lo unico malo fue que no funcionaba la lavadora para la ropa, y para salir teniamos a otros lados que teniamos que tener carro, ya que estaba un poco alejado. pero es muy tranquilo , personal es muy atento,y los alrredeore como la picina y el campo de gold son bonitos

VERY QUIET AND CLEAN PLACE--SAFE LOCATION AND BEAUTIFUL POOL FACILITY. OUR APARTMENT WAS ROOMY AND A NICE BALCONY WITH HOT-TUB---JHONNY WAS ALSO HELPFUL IN PROVIDING INFORMATION ABOUT THE FACILITY AND LOCAL TOURIST INFORMATION. BEACHES ARE DRIVING DISTANCE.

This was my first time visiting Punta Cana & first time staying here. They made sure to keep me update to date on my stay & was there to help immediately for any services that were need to accommodate my stay. The property has a great security team so that you can enjoy your stay with no worries. My rental had a amazon view & access to two large pools & one with a swim up bar. I'll definitely stay there again.

the property has bed bugs

The apartment is a little small, but nice. Make sure you take personal care items like soap, shampoo conditioner toothpaste etc. The pool is large and nice. The beach is far for a walking distance and transportation is very limited if you don’t have a vehicle. You have to call and uber for everything. The place is in development and the main road don’t have any sidewalks so is a little dangerous to walk with children out side the apartment complex.

The unit and property were nice but I prefer a more convenient location closer to restaurants and shopping. A car is a necessity.

Everything was perfect !!! Katherine was so nice and helpful since the entry to area was not so nicely, guard at the hotel entry should be respectful and clients oriented, my suggestion is to have a scan system to confirm the reservation so it will be faster and accurate. Among this the service of the property excellent, recomendation . For dinning near by etc. Katherine is a five start

I loved this property. It was a little hard to communicate because I do not speak Spanish but we figured it out. Overall very beautiful place to stay🙂

Muy buen lugar, lo rente rapido por una situacion que tuve que quedarme en la zona, la comunicacion fue muy buena y nos recibieron aun con el corto aviso. No vi unos cargos adicionales que tienen de US 50, lo cual al sumarlo a la renta me hizo ver la renta muy elevada comparada con otras opciones en la zona, pero el apartamento esta muy bonito y en un area premium.
