Room was very much in need of a deep a cleaning and multiple repairs

Baseboards and floors were dirty. The floors turned our feet black. There were no utensils, pots, pans, cups, plates in kitchen. Entire kitchen cabinets were empty. In order to cook we had to go buy all kitchen supplies needed. It defeated the purpose in getting a room with a kitchen to cook. Oven door would not close. No big trashcan in kitchen. No dish soap. We found a used diaper in the couch cushions. Was stuffy and smelled of strong smoke in the hallways and stairway. Check in was wonderful. Beds were comfy and clean. Centrally located to things to do in St. Louis. Check out was a breeze.

It was so filthy, kitchen was disgustingly filthy… tv in weird spot, door handle was broken, reeked of cigarette smoke, door to inside building is broken… I do not feel comfortable, clean or safe here.

My stay was good... the room was clean and comfortable... the staff were courteous and friendly. The only problem was pet fecies all over the grounds... however... the staff has just implemented a plan to solve the issue. I would stay here again for sure.

Went to check in my room was about 3 hours late. Got upgraded to a better room which seemed like it was in disrepair no trash can no phone no amenities at all in the room it seemed like it was not ready to be rented. As in my frequent visitor this isn't common but this is the interaction I had last time I was there

Filthy. Office looks like a construction zone. Bathroom door in office did not even have doorknob. Elevator not working have to haul Luggage up 2 flights. Beds are just cots Sheets & blanket very thin and scratchy. No hot water Just terrible

This property was filthy, in the suite the microwave and dishwasher were rusted through and I wouldn’t let my children use them! There were no blankets on the beds, just a thin white sheet and a weird thick ruffled sheet on top! We had to request blankets??? If we had been staying more than one night I would have put up a HUGE stink and gone to another hotel, it was LATE and I had to get the littles to sleep! I would definitely pass! This hotel would be better off at a 1 star rating!

Ice cold shower. Left it running for a while but it was still freezing. Dirty cabinets. Trash in the drawers. Dirt in the tub. One towel. One roll of toilet paper. No towels in the main office. Neighbors smoking and filling the halls with smoke. Police activity. Poor quality tap water, and I’m not picky with tap water ever, this was a first for me.

There was no towels in our room. Also no toilet paper.

It was not clean at all hall ways stunk paid for two nights and used a credit when we got in room the bathroom sink wasnt even hooked up the toilet needed a plunger and the hotel staff said they didnt even know where it was. The mircowave wasnt even safe to use it was about to catch fire. I am requesting my money back .not worth the stay nor the money

For the price you don’t expect a 4 star hotel but the staff were extremely nice and friendly. The overall hotel could do with a little cleaning but the room itself was pretty clean
