The hotel was very handy to town the room was clean bathroom was basic no towel rail no soap dish or shelf in shower

Alot of stuff didint work air conditioning was leaking water pressure was crap staff were very nice no problems with them

Clean hotel with comfortable beds, efficient room service and friendly staff.

THE STAY ALL WENT WELL, THE BREAKFAST WAS VERY GOOD, AND THE ENTERTAINMENT WAS REASONABLE.

Not recomended not friendly not especially clean not comfortable no infirmation given re times of breakfast,departure times,any entertainment taking place. Room too small,bathroom no room to move,television not working, floor creaking consistently,beds hard,pillows excessive uncomfortable not much sleep had. Would not reccomend to anyone

I really enjoyed my stay at the Georgian hollies only because of the amazing staff that make this hotel a great place to stay. Nothing is too much trouble and everyone is friendly and professional. Food is very good and entertainment is fantastic too, my Croatian would be with the owners as this hotel is definitely needing an update. It’s clean but there is many issues like you have to boil the kettle on the floor due to the cable not reaching the socket plus the beds could do with new mattresses too. Overall if you can put up with a very old fashioned ( but clean) room then the joyful staff really make your stay comfortable and fun. Owners should be proud of their staff! Thankyou so much and I will definitely be returning. Hopefully the hotel will get a bit of a revamp! 😀

Had no sleep both nights due to upstairs noise complained both mornings with no joy. Upon arrivel the room we had booked was given to someone else, even when there was a note on our booking saying Do Not Move we are very disappointed our little trip for a birthday was ruined . Our room was also freezing, we had to be given a small heater on first night. Also we booked a double room not 2 single beds

Lovely clean hotel, fabulous breakfast and very fast service, lovely staff, discovered the toilet wouldn’t flush in our room but was promptly given another satisfactory room.

This b&b was great the staff from checking in to the girls at breakfast and bar staff all great. The place was clean and tidy & breakfast was good value i will probably use in the future

Hotel dated breakfast was disgusting cold bacon under cooked ordered breakfast walked from the table to the toaster and my breakfast was on the table appeared within seconds of ordering

Whole place could go well with a makeover, rooms are dated but clean, not very disabled friendly, lounge area could do with a good clean seating is stained and dirty, flooring is very dirty, only good thing is the staff ,it's them that make the place pleasant to visit

Worst open spring mattress that played tunes when you move, room the size of a rabbit hutch,

We have stayed at this hotel for about 14-15 years and I have to say this time was disappointing, I don’t think it’s appropriate for the hotel to email me via hotels.com giving me a cheaper price if I’d booked it directly, x 2 rooms , the room was like a broom cupboard the lights in bathroom kept flashing when on, the mattress was the worst open spring mattress ive ever seen, if you moved it twanged , if it wasn’t for you're staff angel and pav I would be putting this as a hotel from hell, they are the only thing good, After so many years I feel that the hotel penalised us and my friends whom I also booked the room through hotels.com for booking through a company not directly, I know they get a commission but this break was awful, and we have been left bitter and angry about the hotel, moving forward we will not be staying with this hotel again which is a shame, after so many years ,

It was perfect for my visit.

Everything worked and the room was very clean and in good order. 24 hour bar 10am is a very early check out, but you can pay for a more reasonable time.
