Great central place. It’s a 3-storey walk up so take heed if you have mobility issues. The cabinets are also unusually high up. We filtered our Expedia search for hotels that include parking and it was only after making our non-refundable booking that we learned this place has 1 spot that was not available for us, so we had to pay an extra $25 to park a 10-minute walk away. Before we even checked in, we received a message saying “Hope you had a nice stay” with a checkout reminder so we worried something was off but apparently it was a scheduled message… I’m not sure what system they’re using but every single message they sent arrived as a plain text HTML attachment, making getting information and using links unnecessarily difficult and annoying. We’d have to scroll up in the chat and guess which attachment contained what and then select the link text and copy it to browser just to see the check in instructions, for example. We were only here one night and it was fine but I don’t know that we’d do it again tbh.

Located at a central point in the plateau, the rooms are clean and spacious. The staff were communicative and responsive, providing us with timely details for check-in. The kitchen has a full size fridge with water filter and basic kitchen implements, which is very convenient for eating meals in. We used Parking Option #1, and it was incredibly convenient.

Excellent central location. Property was very clean and comfortable and perfect for our needs, checking in was very easy, owner gave very clear instructions and communication. I’d definitely stay again!

So many good restaurants and shops nearby! Perfect location that's close to the metro. Jean Talon market and Downtown are a short ride or nice walk away.

Charming building in a great location. Everything we could want or need close by. Easy, prompt communication. Comfy bed, nice decor. Only friendly feedback would be a task lamp in the main space as very bright overhead lighting was the only option. We had hoped to find a cute lamp in one of the many great vintage shops nearby and use it before adding to our home ;) We loved our stay and would definitely return. Thank you!

The place was very clean and modern. Lots of cool art, the atmosphere was fun. The shower is amazing, very good temperature control and strong flow. The neighborhood is lively and close to many restaurants and bars. Would stay again!

Very clean and thoughtful apartment - truly had everything we needed! Bed could have been a little more comfortable but really can’t complain. Exceptional location, amazing shower - met all of our needs. Grateful to have found this - merci!

Room was clean and the location was great!

Room was clean, location is great. Living room temperature never went over 18°C no matter how high the thermostat is set to. The bed is quite comfortable; however, the persistent squeaking is a bit disturbing. Kitchen supplies were good. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

The room was nice and clean with an easy check-in. Neighborhood is great with lots of restaurants and shops in the area. The only thing I would improve is that the door to the balcony was not sealed correctly (you could see through the gap at the bottom), which let a lot of cold air in. Might not be so bad in better weather but it was -24C when we stayed here so we really had to crank the heat at night.

A great place to stay in Montreal. Great location, easy check-in /out, and the apartment was very clean, modern, comfortable and quiet. I will certainly stay again!

Beautiful, clean, and a great area!

Very happy with the entire experience! Check in was seamless and easy, the unit is very clean, well maintained and was stocked with coffee! The neighbourhood has lots of restaurants, shops, grocery stores but it’s not too loud even on a Saturday night. The unit is also quite soundproof. Will definitely come back again!

La chambre était impeccable. La personne avec laquelle j’ai discuté a été très courtoise. Ce qu’il y aurait à améliorer: le lavabo de la cuisine coule et le tapis du logement #9 est décollé du côté du petit porte linge. À part ça tout était parfait.

Clean, well equipped (for STR) studio loft apartment in a great spot on Rue St Denis with lots of restaurants, clubs and stores. The only downside is very limited parking on site and in the adjacent neighbourhood but getting around without a car is facilitated with transit nearby and dedicated bike lanes on the street. Overall highly recommended.
