UN ENCANTO DE LUGAR HERMOSO

Viajé en compañía de una amiga a este hermoso santuario natural. Quedé encantada con la vista, la comida y la amabilidad de su personal. Ofrecen varias actividades holísticas que enriquecen la estancia y que recomiendo mucho se aprovechen. Estuve a mediados de junio y no pasamos mucho calor, aunque sí algunas lluvias. Aún así disfrutamos. Muy recomendable para personas que viajan solas, en pareja y con hij@s.

Akalki is the perfect resort if you are looking for a quiet relaxing vacation. The staff are so welcoming. One particular staff that stands out was Luis. Always greeting us with a warm welcoming smile.

Excelente lugar para descansar ! 100% Holistico así q no esperen q la habitación tenga pantalla o TV! Así como tampoco aire acondicionado!! Es el mejor hotel situado a la orilla de la laguna

La cabaña con acceso a la laguna es INCREÍBLE, uno de los mejores hoteles que hemos visitado. El servicio a cliente también es excelente. La comida del restaurante también es muy buena y accesible.

If you are looking for a quiet relaxing place this is it! I am not into yoga but if you are then this is the place for you. The staff are courteous and very helpful and the food is excellent and reasonably priced. We stayed for 3 nights and never left the area. The Lagoon is absolutely gorgeous. I recommend taking the boat tour as Jami was very iformative and friendly.

Todos fueron muy atentos y se esmeraron por cubrir cada detalle para que tuviéramos una excelente estancia. Las instalaciones son muy bonitas y la experiencia de estar al pie de la laguna es increíble, así como las actividades adicionales. Sin duda regresaré.

Location is south of Bacalar village which is better (very quiet on the lake) - Also it has a direct and private beach access which is not the case for many hotels

Great place to relax and enjoy the beautiful lagoon and the rest of the Bacalar landscape. The staff are really kind and attentive. Highly recommended!

Pagué por una habitación y me entregaron otra. El hotel me mencionó que no estaba disponible la que pagué, pero hoteles.com si me la puso disponible y me la cobraron. Intenté en diferentes ocasiones pedirles solución y sus operadores solo contestaron que no se pudo hacer nada. Por parte del hotel si me dieron al menos una noche la habitación que había pagado. Esta ocasión no fue tan grata por parte de su app, por parte del hotel todo excelente

Point fort : La vue sur la Lagune. La beauté du site, le temple, le jardins possibilité de recevoir des massages, plusieurs variété d'embarcations. Yoga, méditation, bien être. Près du Los Rapidos. Point faible: Dès notre arrivée nous avons été laissé à nous même aucune information indication pour notre séjour. Nous avions la première hutte #1 sur la Lagune près de la réception très bruyant, le lit pas comfortable. Vous devez savoir que cet hôtel n'a pas d'air climatisé, seulement des fans. Après avoir fait le tour de Bacalar, ce restaurant offrait un des menus les plus dispendieux $$$ avec une moin bonne qualité (le seule endroit où nous avons été malade). Nous avions un déjeuner d'inclus (repas d'enfants) et nous devions payer pour un jus d'orange. Au final je suis contente d'y être passé pas plus que 3 nuits, j'avais beaucoup d'attente. Je suis contente de mon expérience mais je ne serai pas pressé d'y retourner. Le site vaut quand même d'être vue.

I have been waiting to stay here since I saw this resort the first time on the lagoon in 2021. I stayed at the over water cabana which offered beautiful lagoon view, unit 6 and 7 are newer units with glass patio doors. The cabanas are eco friendly therefore no AC but they provided 3 fans, the room is not completely sealed so some openings are covered with mesh to prevent bugs. Their temple is beautiful and they offer daily yoga or meditation. We also paid extra for the lagoon boat ride and met the captain yan who was so nice and knowledgeable. This is a place to connect to the nature so fish, birds, bugs and frogs might come out sometimes.
