Easy check in. Had a cute balcony. Spacious suite. The rooftop was the highlight of the hotel. 3 pools with a view. Walking distance from 5th. Antonio was a great host and communicated issues with their internet issues. Unfortunately I had no connection while I was there. Antonio was friendly and shared a few vouchers to compensate. Small gestures go a long way. Would definitely recommend.

This room was not what was in the photos and only had 1 exit .aking it a fire hasard to stay there. The gost undestood and cancelled the reservation. I had to move back into the palm hotel. Please make sure i am not charged for this.

Todo estuvo bien, solo un par de cosas. La tele de la sala no transmitía televisión por cable, cada que intentaba ponerlo se trababa el canal y en seguida se ponía el noticiero de TV abierta siempre. La tele de la habitación principal no prendía y no prendían las luces de la habitación. De ahí en fuera todo bien, solo use la habitación para dormir y bañarse

Tuvimos una estancia increíble en Singular Dream Beach Residences. Nos quedamos en septiembre de 2024. Los condominios son absolutamente hermosos, modernos y muy bien cuidados. Todo estaba impecable, y realmente apreciamos que nuestra habitación se limpiara todos los días; hizo que la estancia fuera aún más cómoda y relajante. La ubicación es perfecta: a solo unas cuadras de la Quinta Avenida, así que estás cerca de todos los restaurantes, tiendas y vida nocturna, pero lo suficientemente lejos para disfrutar de tranquilidad. También está a solo una cuadra de Playa Mamitas, lo que hizo que los días de playa fueran muy fáciles y convenientes. El personal fue increíblemente amable y acogedor, siempre dispuesto a ayudar con cualquier cosa que necesitáramos. En general, este lugar superó nuestras expectativas y definitivamente nos hospedaríamos aquí de nuevo. ¡Lo recomendamos mucho!

Everything was good .just need a better breakfast good time to vicit is in October and November

Property was amazing, rooms were very clean. The only downside was the remote did not work for the tc and laundry services were not available.

Habitaciones cómodas, espaciosas, limpias. Banos grandes y modernos. Camas super cómodas y limpias. Buen clima A/C. Playas muy cercas del hotel. La calle peatonal para hir de compras la Quinta Avenida muy cercas del hotel. Preciosa alberca en el techo del hotel. 2 elevadores accesibles. Restaurantes cercas del hotel. Definitivamente regresaré de nuevo.

Habitaciones amplias y muy limpias, el área del roof es lo que más me gusta del hotel sin embargo ya llevan un par de años que no funciona su jacuzzi y tampoco tenían música en el área de alberca en esta ocasión, tampoco tuvimos agua caliente por 3 días hablamos y nomás decían que lo estaban revisando hay que poner atención a estos detalles, me hospedó seguido aquí pero ahora hubo varias deficiencias en el servicio, por todo lo demás bien.

Our room was gorgeous. The balcony we had faced the ocean, staff kept our room clean & the pool was beautiful!!!

Hotel was a little farther from where normal area we stay at .We usually like going to Parque Fundadores but it was pretty far walk to get there.

Clean and spacious appartment AC wasn’t working great and laundry wasn’t available but the location is great and the rooftop pool area was amazing

Such a beautiful building. Daily housekeeping is wonderful Front staff very helpful Cant wait for the hot tub to be back in working condition..

Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage und echt schönen Pool auf dem Dach. Die Zimmer sind schön, aber Abnutzung ist hier und da sichtbar. Das WLAN war sehr langsam und wetterabhängig. Das Personal war immer nett und hilfsbereit.

We stayed in a one bedroom unit in mid January for 12 days. Building was clean and staff were nice. View from the pool area was incredible. Our flight home was cancelled due to weather and we were able to stay and extra night in our room without any issues. Wifi in the room was kind of spotty and the shower temperature was inconsistent but other than those minor point the stay was fantastic!
