Amazing experience! Hotel was clean, secure, and staff were very friendly. Parking was a plus.

Room was tiny but it does state that on room description. Check in staff were lovely also the pool and bar staff were nice. However the barman Manj in downstairs bar was not very polite at all. Seemed frustrated by our presence. Nice enough hotel but location was quite far out from town and hard to get taxis at night

This hotel is located in a suburb area of San Sebastián but the fact two major bus lines run through the hotel you can take one bus directly to old town or the bus/train station without switching buses . The staff at the lobby cafe is amazing . Eukene made me the most delicious cafe con leche . The hotel breakfast was delicious too . Will be back here next time in San Sebastián . Thank you

We were a group of three traveling together: my sister, my daughter, and me. I booked a room with three beds, but the third bed—a sofa bed—was very uncomfortable. On top of that, the bathroom had no walls, which was an unwelcome surprise. The room might be suitable for a couple with a small child, but in our case, privacy was important. I brought the issue with the sofa bed to the attention of the front desk, but there was nothing they could do because they said all the rooms were the same. Perhaps San Sebastián is a more expensive destination, but I paid a total of $236 for this hotel, including parking. The day before, I paid $270, including parking, for a five-star hotel in Oviedo. Considering the price, I expected much better accommodations.

Really enjoyable stay. Staff were very good, particularly Alejandro who went out of his way many times. Great tv in the room, comfortable beds, rooftop pool, excellent breakfast. Only problem we had was the room was small (comfort room) and not much space to place any items where normally you would. Also, the wardrobe was like a child's climbing frame.

Lovely big room, good breakfast selection. Good bar and reasonably priced drinks and food. Located a bit away from the historic area but the area is beautiful and there is a bus stop right outside. Buses were frequent, clean and easy to use. It only took about 10 mins to get into the centre and the route was a good way to view the area. Great roof top pool and bar.

The Bus route makes this the perfect place to stay

Das Zimmer liegt sehr ruhig in einer Wohngegend von San Sebastián. Direkt am Hotel ist ein kostenpflichtiger Parkplatz. Das Zimmer war modern eingerichtet und eine Kaffeemaschine. Lediglich an Handtuchhaltern mangelte es- einer ist vor allem bei zwei Personen zu wenig. Das Bad war en suite, die Toilette separat. Es war sauber und gepflegt. Auch das Frühstück ist zu empfehlen. Ich habe lediglich Haferflocken vermisst, denn es gab nur Cornflakes. Am Abend konnte man gemütlich etwas trinken und es gab auch kleine Speisen. Zu Fuß in die Stadt dauert es eine knappe halbe Stunde, aber der Bus fährt direkt vor dem Hotel ab. Ich komme wieder.

Clean room and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Convenient parking but charges by the hour. Would be great if they offer a flat rate for staying guests.

Pool not open in 38 degree heat which was disappointing but understand they have seasons. Breakfast was ok. Location not great but bus stops right outside with one every 15 minutes. Clean and reasonable hotel.

Excelente hotel, cómodo y muy bien trato !

The lady at the reception was very helpful, she helped us book some tickets for a coach home that was all on a Spanish website and didn’t translate. The hotel itself, was good, finishing was so so, the handle on the disabled wall bars were loose, but didn’t need them so not terrible. The grates on the floor in the shower were a little patchy, so made sure to shower with the kids to avoid any accidents. The 19 bus going from outside was ideal into town.

Booked this hotel primarily for the swimming pool which was closed. We received no notification of this and was disappointing. Paying for the car park on top of the room stay was also irritating and having to retain the ticket to get out of the car park. Staff were lovely.
