Good sized room, clean and tidy.

This isn’t really a hotel, it’s a large family home with the individual rooms being rented out. It is functional and not much more.

The parking lot was littered. The room was nice but not fancy. Very comfortable. Pease clean up the front outside.

It was SO RUN DOWN!! It was awful. I checked in no one was there finally went up to a room with broken window so the already loud planes were even louder…Heathrow airport planes were so close I could see the letters of AA….it was like a welfare rooming hostel. We left within a couple of hours didn’t even stay. What a waste of money. DO NOT go there.

I nearly checkout to a different hotel. Such terrible hotel

The place isn’t amazing, but considering that the room has an en-suite and only 8 minutes drive from T4, I am not unhappy with what I paid. The bathroom was clean, but it is obvious that the cleaners did a rush job because both bins were not emptied.

The front desk night attendant was literally asleep on the couch. And didn’t even get up when I wanted to check out.

This is a stop-over hotel for those flying early or arriving late into Heathrow. It's cheap and clean, and the staff were helpful. But it's not somewhere you'd stop for any other reason. There's not much in the environs and none of it is salubrious. But for a layover on the way in our out, it fits the bill.

The staff were friendly and helpful but the room was cramped and hot (no air circulation)... had to open the window which then let in all the noise from the busy street

The hotel was okay, but you could tell they've cleaned with during smell of bleach, and could do with a new set of curtains as had many holes in them specially for ground floor room, needing suited plug sockets not just ones tightly fitted behind the bed and the others by the door

Staff were great, The Room was lovely, Of course out of everyone' control is the Noise from Aeroplanes landing 😄. But overall I will definitely come back again 🙂

A terrible place! A really bad decision that I should not have made!

Right in the flight path, impossible to sleep. Shower scalding hot and leaking so unusable. No security lock inside door. Mattresses very cheap and uncomfortable. Front desk staff barely spoke English, but was friendly. Run down and generally scruffy. Ridiculously overpriced.

The reception staff was polite and helpful. The room was ok. Cleanliness average.Room need decorating. Toilet flush button missing. Radiator in bathroom rusting. Bathroom smells damp.

I only stayed for one night as had to commence my travel the next day,however it was a good hospitable and professional environment
