Really great local, great room, very spacious and generous, gorg bathroom

Ideal location between the railway station and the city centre, the checkin was very prompt and the staff were very helpful and informative. The room was clean with a view over the park which was very pleasant. Breakfast was typically continental and all we needed really. On our departure day, we returned to collect our bags which were stored for us and were able to have a complimentary hot drink before we returned home. All in all a very pleasant stay I would recommend this hotel to friends and return to the hotel when we return to the city..

A lovely property in a very central location made our trip to Cambridge one to remember. A lovely continental breakfast in a very pleasant breakfast room with views of Parker's Piece was much appreciated.

The room was clean and comfortable. The gentleman at the front desk was welcoming and kind. The breakfast was quite simple, but I was happy to have something available nonetheless. The location is excellent, a quick walk from main attractions!

The hotel was clean and comfortable, with very helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast was a good continental breakfast (best croissants I have tasted in a long time), and they provided bags etc. for grab-and-go. Basic amenities were provided for self catering - I would recommend that the hotel replace the coffee table in the room with a small dining or bistro table.

Room was perfectly pleasant with a nice view across the park. Really warm welcome and everything was nice and clean. Breakfast offer was slightly limited..

If you want a quieter experience, book the park side rooms!

We arrived early (around 3 hours before check-in). We were only planning to drop our bag, head out, then come back after check-in, but the guy on reception happily checked to see if a room was available, then checked us in early, with an upgraded park-view room! The room itself was lovely - spacious, comfortable, clean, with all working appliances, and lovely views of the park. We were able to come and go as we needed, without ever feeling like we were imposing. The breakfast was plentiful and tasty - a "help yourself" continental selection, which we were able to take up to our room and eat privately. The room featured a large smart TV - only gripe was that it had limited apps (as it was a Philips Android TV - so had no Channel 4 or BBC iPlayer). You can cast to it, but doing so requires you join a private WiFi network with the TV, meaning you're then streaming over mobile data - which wasn't a great experience. Speaking of WiFi - great coverage throughout the hotel and is freely included - none of this "pay extra" business. Being only a short walk from both the train station (around 20 mins) and the town centre (around 10 mins) it's ideally positioned to act as your central hub when visiting Cambridge. Would definitely stay again.

The Regent Aparthotel is well located about a fifteen-minute, easy walk from the train station, and on the edge of the centre of town. My double room was well appointed with cold water, biscuits, etc. and had a lovely view of Parker's Piece, and it was clean and quiet. The reception was consistently friendly, the continental breakfast good. For Cambridge, it's good value for money, and I'd stay here again on a future visit.

Staff were lovely and accommodating when I asked for a quieter room than the one I was originally assigned. Rooms are spacious, modern and comfortable.

Ich war für eine Nacht im The Regent Aparthotel in Cambridge und insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Das Hotel selbst ist sehr gut, der Eingangsbereich und die Sitzbereiche sind sauber und gepflegt und zudem schön weihnachtlich dekoriert, was eine sehr angenehme Atmosphäre schafft. Das Personal war äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war perfekt, besonders die noch warmen Croissants haben mir sehr gut gefallen. Mein Zimmer im zweiten Stock war sehr sauber und angenehm warm. Einziger Nachteil: Da sich mein Zimmer im zweiten Stock zur Straße hin befand, hörte man den Verkehr und die Leute draußen recht deutlich, da die Fenster nicht gut isoliert sind. Außerdem hört man es, wenn die Zimmertür nebenan geöffnet oder geschlossen wird. Ohropax sollte man daher am besten mitnehmen, wenn man geräuschempfindlich ist. Ich bin mit dem Auto angereist und habe in einem nahegelegenen Parkhaus geparkt, was problemlos funktioniert hat. Insgesamt ein sehr guter Aufenthalt, besonders für einen kurzen Besuch in Cambridge.
