Lovely stay at MYND . Hotel was spotless , was constantly cleaned and in good condition. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Great location , just a few minutes walk to beach , supermarkets and about 10/15 minute walk to restaurants. Would definitely return

Room and all amenities incredibly clean i have a commercial cleaning company in London so this is a big important factor for me. Staff are fun and friendly amenities are fun.. fitness centre is workable it is clean though and cardio machines work. The pools are amazing and breakfast is one of the beat ive had for a while

Lovely room in a quiet area of the hotel as requested. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great location and nice facilities with a wide variety of choice for breakfast. Check in was prompt and efficient and we were offered a welcome drink too. The only drawback (and I insist it is only minor) is that there are limited facilities for a late check out. Could do with more courtesy rooms and showers.

Very enjoyable holiday. Staff were excellent, polite helpful and informative. Rooms were good and cleaned every day. Pool area very pretty, clean and plenty of sun beds. Food was good but sometimes luke warm, no beans, omlettes or poached egg at breakfast. Evening meal cooking station a little disappointing but you could always find something you wouldn’t go hungry.

Excellent rooms with comfortable beds, good Aircon, friendly staff, a good buffet breakfast and great pools.

Hôtel sympa avec le personnel souriant et très gentil. Nous étions dans la zone adultes. Dommage que le buffet des petits déjeuners soit répétitif, pas assez de diversité surtout pour 10 nuits.

L’hôtel MYND Yaiza est tout simplement l’un des meilleurs que j’ai eu la chance de découvrir dans ma vie. Je reviendrai, c’est une certitude ! Du début à la fin, l’accueil a été irréprochable. Un grand bravo à tout le personnel : que ce soit le jardinier, les femmes de ménage, le personnel du restaurant ou celui de la réception… tout le monde a été chaleureux, souriant et attentionné. Merci infiniment pour cette hospitalité exceptionnelle. Le restaurant est au top, avec un large choix aussi bien salé que sucré. Les chambres sont spacieuses, bien pensées, et l’hôtel propose différentes zones (familles, couples, amis), ce qui permet à chacun de profiter de son séjour dans le calme. L’établissement est magnifique : les piscines sont bien agencées, avec des espaces pour les petits comme pour les grands. Les plantes, les espaces verts, l’architecture moderne… tout respire la nouveauté et le soin du détail. Merci encore à toute l’équipe, et à très bientôt !

An attractive property. Staff on reception and the hotel bar were particularly friendly and helpful so thanks to them. The pool was heated which was fab. Room really comfy and breakfast v nice. Would definitely come back.

Schönes 4-Sterne Hotel. Viele Engländer und Familien. Es gibt einen ruhigen Pool-Bereich, der nicht extra für Kinder war. Dort haben wir geschlafen. Der andere Bereich mit Animation und viel Spaß für Kinder ist definitiv lauter. Das Frühstück war reichlich, abends haben wir immer auswärts gegessen. Tolle Strände in der Umgebung. Städtchen fussläufig mit schönen Restaurants und Promenade

Average experience overall Breakfast is okay, would not recommend the buffet which is extortionate for what you get. When checking in I queried whether there was an adults pool section and a kids pool section. I was told that this was not the case and there was simply an area for ‘entertainment’ and another for ‘relaxation’. Turns out they meant children’s entertainment because it very clearly is a kids section! Don’t appreciate being misled in this way and left a bad impression from the get go. My room was very far away from the main adult pool area and had the view of a building site. The room itself looked nice from far but there were cobwebs on the ceiling and the walls are very thin. Staff overall were good.
