This place is special, great view and friendly onsite staff. Honestly so much better than Branson main strip. We would stay here again.

It was such a great experience. Not a normal hotel stay and we were pleasantly surprised!!

Check in is by email. We never spoke to a representative on the property. At first I didn’t like that, but it proved to be something that made the stay feel private. Clean and comfortable. The cafe on site is small and the food is good.

For the price this place was outstanding. I would have given five stars but for two problems. The first was that hotels.com said this place has a kitchenette in the room. It does not. And when I emailed the manager I was told they do not advertise a kitchenette in the rooms. I sent them a screenshot of the list of amenities from hotels.com and never received anther communication until my check-out email. The second was the bathroom smelled of urine. However, the rooms were very comfortable and clean and the views from the balcony breathtaking. There is really no contact with staff, similar to an air bnb. My stay was very pleasant overall but they need to change the hotels.com amenities list. Also, the restaurant on the property is outstanding. It is a mom and pop type of place and the service is way above par. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. They really work hard at making your dining experience pleasurable.

It is an older property. Air conditioner was extremely loud. Beds not comfortable. Cafe was ok.

AMAZING! The property is beautiful, quiet, and relaxing. We stayed in the Lavender room. It's so cozy. It has a hot tub, a huge tv, and it smells SO GOOD. The view of Branson is gorgeous. The espresso at Steamy Joe cafe is the bomb. The coffee shop is a hidden gem. It's SLAMMED in the mornings until after lunch. Check in was easy and stress free. Our family has vacationed in Branson for 8 years (2x a year). Every year we pass by the Bradford going to and from our rentals. This year we decided to come back for our anniversary. This is our new, quick getaway go-to ✨️

Our room was super clean which is important to me. Very roomy and super nice. We will stay there again.

Clean Room and beautiful views!!!

My husband and I chose this fabulous place to spend our Anniversary and they did not disappoint. The room was as it appeared and their site, BUT the only thing-the bed was uncomfortable; we were able to make it work because it was about OUR special day. We didn’t request a microwave (which it did state to request one), we’ll know the next time (read that again)… meaning we’ll be back the next time we visit Branson because there’s plenty to go, see and do!!

The stay was great. Rooms were nice and clean. Great views of the city. We could park right in front of our door and leave in and out quickly. You get a 20% discount when you eat there. Food is decent. Prices are reasonable. Staff is very friendly! It’s located very close to all the fun. Would stay here again.

I loved the patio area to sit at night and just look at how beautiful the city looked. The care has amazing coffee but get there early or you will have to wait in line or skip it.

Was very quaint and quiet. It was very clean. The shower was a little lack luster because the shower curtain was hard to keep the water inside. But that was the only downside.

The Bradford Inn was nice. AC unit was very loud. Shower was a little strange. Open to the main room. Had to step up a stair and then over and down into the tub shower. Not very safe for an older person. Otherwise the room was nice and clean.

The rooms were very nice and nice little patio we hung out on and played cards. Really loved the jacuzzi tub! The only things that could have been better: While the mattress was comfortable the fitted sheet must have been old. As soon as you moved or rolled over in bet the sheet pulled off the mattress and wadded up. The AC units were really loud too but all in all, I will stay here again.

Just ok to average not excellent like some of the reviews are saying.
