Very helpful, friendly staff. The rooms were comfortable and well stocked. Breakfast on the roof top terrace every morning was a treat.

Riktigt rent och personalen är otroligt trevliga och hjälpsamma och ger bra information och förslag. Lokalmässigt är det otroligt bra och är i närheten av många betydande platser. Det räcker med några få steg för att komma till livfulla fantastiska gator med restauranger, barer och museer. Från hotellet är det smidigt att ta trapporna ner till havet för att ta båt mot andra sidan av Valletta, Mdina eller Gozo. Rekommenderas starkt!

Excellent boutique hotel in the heart of old town Valletta. Very clean. Staff checked in a thorough manner. Breakfast was a bit on the lean side. Quiet place.

Location

The hotel is in a really great central location. Staff were friendly and it was very clean. Breakfast was basic and repetitive. The hotel advertised a roof top bar, this is not the case it’s a terrace with fantastic views but you have to phone reception if you would like a drink so slightly misleading. Hot water was an issue you had to run the basin tap for at least 5 minutes to get hot water to the shower. We had a king size bed but double bed linen which meant the duvet didn’t cover the mattress. We are well travelled and this is not our first visit to Malta. We booked a premium room and paid a premium price. Although a pleasant hotel I’m not sure it’s the best value

Our plane was delayed and hotel staff stayed extra time so they were there when we arrived! The breakfast was very good. The hotel manager was so helpful. He not only helped us with what to see but assisted us in getting there. Malta was stop over on our return home from Greece. The hospitality here has made us want to return for a much longer trip !

Sehr nettes Hotel. Unser Zimmer war nicht zu klein und ansprechend eingerichtet. Es gab ein schönes Bad mit ebenerdiger Dusche. Das Personal war überaus freundlich. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

From a friendly welcome/ helpful staff/ clean rooms / a hotel that is perfectly situated we could not have asked for more. All our needs were met above and beyond for our two night city break.

We had an excellent stay at Palazzo Ignazio. The location is perfect, the amenities are great and the staff extremely friendly. We particularly loved watching the sunset from the rooftop terrace. Thank you to the entire team for the hospitality!

Fantastic location, the junior suite was spacious, helpful staff (Sam), and great views. Having breakfast included was a huge plus.

The room was clean and spacious with a lovely balcony. The staff were friendly and helpful with lots of information should we need it. The option of a rooftop breakfast was a great addition.

The room was spacious and stylish with a cute balcony. All of the front desk staff and other staff were the most wonderful, helpful and friendly. Great view from the rooftop patio.

Room was not the cleanist, breakfast buffet very minimalistic and the Hotel declares itself as Boutique Hotel, though never had the vibe of it. Staff tried the best but overall it was only ab average stay
