Hotel was stunning, room was huge with one of the biggest beds I've ever slept in. Staff were excellent and the breakfast was superb. My only gripe with the stay would be i paid for a St George's View but as the window was so high up in the room we didn't get the view as intended which was a disappointment. However other than that, this is comfortably one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in

Restaurant bar staff was not very attentive

Fantastic hotel. Booked very last minute due to cancellation with the trains. After a very disappointing weekend at a previous hotel, this one was brilliant. Fantastic location, lovely and polite staff and comfy and clean room. Definitely found our new go to hotel in Liverpool when we go back.

We had 4 rooms booked which were all lovely. All staff were pleasant and welcoming. Breakfast was excellent and the beds were Ultra comfy. My friend whose 50th we were celebrating got an upgrade and a free drink which was A nice gesture. However, on closer inspection of the rooms, one towel had brown marks on it and one sheet had dubious stains. We told reception in the morning and the young lady said it was coffee on the sheet and dismissed the towel and said they would inform housekeeping. That was it - no further action taken or recompense.

As a person of means , I found the property to be nice but stilll missing the modern facility of say the gym. Very poorly lit Thank you

Really clean room, extremely friendly staff, great location, I didn’t have the breakfast but my partner did and really enjoyed it. Air conditioning was great especially in the heatwave - was surprised to say I was cold when I’d been boiling all day. Would highly recommend and will definitely stay again!

Hotellet har en sentral beliggenhet rett inntil Lime Street Station, og kort vei til det meste. Et utmerket utgangspunkt for et opphold i Liverpool. Hotellet tok hensyn til mine ønsker/behov for rommet, noe jeg satte stor pris på. Rommet var romslig og pent. Det eneste som er å utsette på er at vinduet er frostet nederst, slik jeg at jeg hadde ingen utsikt ut. Frokosten var helt grei, selv om jeg gjerne skulle hatt et større utvalg. Sengen var faktisk ganske god, og jeg sov overraskende godt i den. Kan absolutt anbefales hotellet til andre, og vil nok benytte meg av det igjen selv.

Super location. Especially for transport and theatre. Staff very attentive and friendly. Great view from our room. Being able to view and choose your room was an added bonus for a very small fee. Rooms are very clean and modern. Great value.

Fantastic friendly welcoming staff in all areas. Reception staff in particular. Great food in Restaurant and Breakfast. Room was great we had superior overlooking St George's Hall. Lovely comfy bed. Good bathroom with amenities. Fantastic hotel handy for Theatre and station. Will return

Absolutely Perfect staff amazing

With the exception of a powercut in the middle of the night that meant the lights stopped working in the morning - this is a very well maintained, comfortable, hotel with excellent and extremely helpful staff.

Lovely room with comfortable bed. The shower room was large and clean with very fluffy towels. Great air conditioning in the room, complimentary tea/coffee and water bottles. Hanging rail was adequate for our 2 night stay. The restaurant is nice. Breakfast was quite good but a tad pricey.

Lovely stay here. Great location being next to the train station. Lovely decor throughout. Room was clean and comfortable, room was quiet and nicely cool during the hotter weather. Would return again.

Staff very welcoming,friendly,informative & professional

Location great for Lime St station. Around 15 min walk to Albert Dock, 10 min to Liverpool One. We had a Superior room with St Georges Hall view. Room on the small side. We asked for more pillows from reception as they went to as flat as a pancake! The lady of reception wasn't interested and said they didn't have any spare as hotel was full? Come on, they surely had 2 knocking about? But no. Considering how much was paid for the room, not impressed. Also, taking onboard how big the hotel is, the bar was very small. Service was awful, we waited over 20 min for one glass of wine. Took payment quickly enough though when it was ordered. On returning to the hotel on Sunday night around 9pm, we were met with there being no food available only mozzarella panini's. And this is supposed to be a 4/5 star hotel?? No idea what they are basing that on. Would not stay again.

Clean and comfortable! Staff were very helpful and friendly. In this current heatwave the air conditioning was amazing. The decor is absolutely stunning! We used the restaurant and the food was fantastic! Would recommend especially if you’re going to the theatre 🎭 will 100% be back!

Seamless check in, amazing lobby and great location adjacent to Lime Street station . Only negative is there really isn't a true bar
