Absolut tolles und qualitativ hochwertiges Hotel mit super freundlichem Personal. Während der Wiesn gab es noch dazu Langschläferfrühstück bis 12 Uhr. Wir sind voll zufrieden und verstehen die etwas negativen Bewertungen zur Lage des hotels nicht. Man sollte vor der Buchung checken, dass das hotel im Gewerbegebiet ein wenig abseits liegt.

Wir waren zum Oktoberfest da. Frühstück war gut und die Zimmer waren sauber. 1 Fahrstuhl für 80 Zimmer. Kleiderschrank ist sehr schmal, ein midi Dirndl passt nicht ohne zu verknittern, Bügeleisen nicht vergessen ;) Keine Gepäckablage, nur ein Sofa, 2 mini Tische als Nachttisch und 1 mini Tisch mit einem kleinen Stuhl. Nur Kabel-TV, da Entertainment down seit Juni. Das Hotel hatte bereits mitte September auf Winterbetrieb umgestellt (bei 20°+ Außentemperatur), so dass es uns nicht möglich war das Zimmer runter zu kühlen. Einkleiden war unmöglich bei der Hitze. Selbst unser Brötchen von morgens war bis mittags durch ohne Kühlung. Die Schminke war so weich,  das man die nicht benutzen konnte. Am ersten Morgen haben wir durch die Hitze rückwärts gefrühstückt und hatten einen Kopf wie ein Rathaus, was uns erstmal bis Nachmittags außer Gefecht gesetzt hat. Das hat sich die nächsten 2 Tage nicht gebessert. Unserer Anfrage nach dünneren Decken ist man nicht nachgekommen,  da wir ja den täglichen Reinigungsservice abbestellt hatten !!macht das nicht!! sagte man uns da könnte man nichts machen. Also war weiterhin schwitzen angesagt :( Wir haben 3 Tage und Nächte mit offenen Fenster im dunklen (kein Fliegengitter) verbracht und ohne Decken geschlafen,  da das Zimmer konstant über 26 Grad warm war. Parkgarage sehr eng mit einem Suv braucht ihr 2 Parkplätze. Beim Check-out haben wir zumindest die Parkgebühren erstattet bekommen,  da wir über ein Buchungsportal gebucht hatten.

Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig und man hört alle Geräusche auf dem Gang. Sonntags morgens um 8 Uhr wurde der Gang gesaugt, wirklich sehr störend

The hotel was very clean, The breakfast assortment was rich and fresh, staff very friendly and accommodating. Spa was excellent, ... would definitely book another stay within. (The only thing i would change is the timers for the Spa. It is only half or full day tickets. When you in between you have to book a full day, even when half of the day is already gone. The hotel should offer, for example 2 or 3 hour tickets, and offer shampoo, shower gel, in the Spa area, because business people appreciate it, ... like in the US.) Otherwise a very nice hotel with rooftop pool and bar and a incredible view) Gunter & Lucy

Chambre confortable, petit déjeuner fabuleux, piscine et spa au top! Seul bemol: Beaucoup de monde à la piscine en fin d'après-midi, elle semble être "the place to be" à l'heure de l'apéritif!

Very nice and comfy room. Fantastic with the little kitchen and the bathroom was nice. We loved the pool and the breakfast was also good. It’s a bit from the city but it’s good quality for the money.

The breakfast was good with lots of options. Pool was nice but outside people are allowed to use for a fee so it can get crowded. The sun block curtain in the rooms makes it very dark and good for sleeping in. Parking is first cone first serve so some have to pay a fee to park while others don't. Area is industrial but we found Pizza Avanti close and drive to get meals several nights .

Very good and fashion hotel. all service are there including nice spa, gym and pool on the roof top. Rooms are modern, clean and of the right dimensions. the area around is a business area, not so far from munich down town, but car is quite mandatory

Very nice hotel. The immediate surrounding of an industrial park might seem weird, but it’s really nice after all, close to small suburb with a nice park and small river next by. Hotel is very modern and nicely designed. Breakfast was excellent and as well as the service too. Only minor negative is that the pool on top is only for adults.

We booked our stay here mainly because of the rooftop pool, which looked like a great experience for us as a family. Unfortunately, we didn’t realize until check-in that children are not allowed to use it. While we now see that it’s mentioned in the fine print, this important restriction really should have been made much clearer during the booking process. It would have affected our decision to stay here. We understand and respect your policies, but we wanted to share our disappointment and kindly suggest that this information be made more visible for future guests traveling with children.

Das Hotel zeigt in einigen Bereichen gute Ansätze, enttäuscht jedoch leider an entscheidenden Stellen. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist das Frühstück – sowohl in Auswahl als auch Qualität wirklich überzeugend. Weniger gelungen war das Abendessen: Die Hummer-Ravioli waren deutlich zu al dente und stark überwürzt, was den Genuss erheblich beeinträchtigt hat. Am gravierendsten jedoch war der Zustand der Bettwäsche (siehe Bild). Solche Mängel dürfen in einem Haus dieser Kategorie nicht vorkommen – hier besteht dringender Handlungsbedarf. Auch der nächtliche Rezeptionist hinterließ keinen guten Eindruck: Er wirkte wenig hilfsbereit und desinteressiert, was in einer Situation, in der man auf Unterstützung angewiesen ist, besonders unangenehm ist. Insgesamt ein Aufenthalt mit Licht und Schatten – mit etwas mehr Aufmerksamkeit für Details und Gästekomfort könnte dieses Hotel deutlich mehr überzeugen.
