一大早就有保洁阿姨敲门问要不要退房，明明买了早餐，去用餐说房间不含早餐，

位置：距地鐵站有一定距離、要坐車 服務：員工不太主動，不似4星酒店服務 房間：以這房價來說有點細、性價比不高

酒店是很好的，但早餐的自助餐比昆明稍遜，因為曾經在昆明住過，主要沒有生滾粥，很失望。

Jen is a very new hotel and the environment was young and fresh compared with other hotels in Shenzhen. It’s convenient to go to the shopping malls around

It's modern and cozy hotel. Very clean and comfortable one for me. However there was no convenience store or super market.

位置便利，鄰近大型商場，餐飲配套齊備，酒店餐廳環境、食物也滿意，唯獨房間隔音未如理想，但仍值得推薦！

泳池好靚，很近海邊公園，可看到好靚的前海落日景觀。

多謝前台upgrade房間，窗外望到前海摩天輪，及少許海景，幾舒服 房間整潔， 有水機提供，環保 有室內外泳池，水質水溫ok （一定要戴泳帽） Gym room 好大，愛運動人士一定喜歡 自助早餐值得一讚，食物種類多且味道不錯

房間偏細，有超大玻璃窗，冇咁侷促整體環境舒服。每間房間內水機，方便飲用。每層有公用空間有大型雪櫃，免費咖啡及冰塊可自取。酒店職員有禮，會主動解答客人問題。
