Good and amazing people's and place

If you are planning a family vacation - this is NOT the hotel for you. From seeing photos and reading reviews of the property we thought we found the perfect spot for our family vacation but we were wrong - the lobby smells like a huge cigarette, there are many weird limitations such as you can’t order Wolt/food to the hotel nor bring it to the pool, you are not allowed to bring children under the age of 12 to the indoor pool from 12PM, thirsty? I suggest you drink some tap water or buy a small water bottle for 2.5€. In addition, in order to get to the breakfast you need to go through the Casino. In addition there are some “VIP” areas in the pool which are closed to the normal audience for some reason (there were no signs indicates that these are “special” areas). The good side is that the Hotel is really nice and the rooms were really great;the breakfast were also great, and the mall is very close so you can walk for a 10 minutes or so and play bowling since the hotel doesn’t have any attractions at all except the casino and the adventure park.

Excellent hôtel. Hôtel très récent et très luxueux. Personnel à la réception pour le check-in hyper sympa, Fidela et Valentin. Chambre très spacieuse et premium. Piscines super agréable pour passer un beau moment en famille. Le parc « Adventure Park » est extra. Le restaurant Amber Dragon est excellent. Personnel très sympa et service super, avec Enrico. Le casino est une super expérience.

The service was bad. The food on the restaurant was very low culinary. The hotel was full for therefore not enough food on breakfast. There is jo shuttle to the beach only on the weekend .

Don’t even serve water for incoming guests and don’t let you bring your own snacks and drinks to the pool so you will have to buy. A beautiful big hotel with cheap hospitality

Everything was perfect except for the kids adventure park was half closed due to staff training knowing that its high season and stayed 1 night , kids couldn’t enjoy… Also not enough space for parents to sit while waiting fot the kids.

Staff not friendly for pool bar and Taxi office for hotel and concierge and no have Check-out 10 minutes no have also

Hotel service is less good than usual Didn’t get any Expedia benefit first day f all Last time we got a full minibar and nothing now Rooms were cleaned very late everyday In the reception had a very kind guy named Bogdan that really tried to assist

The hotel is nice and the staff on The property is hospitable especially nermine But the services ordered via phone ( guest service ) are terrible !!! They never got any order right And they never answered our requests

Really good hotel, everything was great. But when we asked for our perks like room upgrade and later leave because our flight was on night we didn’t get it and the hotel was not full.

Nice property. Clean and quality furnishings. Could do with more non gambling activities e.g only one bar and two restaurants available (one of which was closed on Monday). Also a bit remote for those without a car
