Room and view were excellent

Very clean, nice place. Check in wasn’t a smooth process but eventually it worked out. Great location with everything accessible within minutes.

Pros: Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Location is convenient for theatre district. Appreciate the proximity to parking and train station. Cons: Slow crowded elevators for lower tower. Could have more comforts in the rooms for guests (extra blankets, pillows, paper products, soaps).

Unfortunately our stay was very subpar, with the elevators not working we had to walk down 35 floors of stairs. The wifi wasn't working the whole stay and I incurred over $100 of data charges. The water pressure was low and we could barely wash anything and it was only COLD water. The apartment was HOT with no way to cool it down. I suggest you freeze all reservations and get this rectified. This is insanity. If I could give this 0-stars I would. The person over WhatsApp even told me that I did not bring this up during the stay. Another resident told me it has been like this for 5+ years. Even checking in was a hassle. The ONLY good thing was the location and even that was subpar because the elevators were not working so a 5min trip to the CN tower took upwards of 45mins of waiting and walking down flights of stairs.

The place seemed clean but a few items that were broken (light switch and blinds)

There wasn’t enough bedding for three people . We didn’t even get a second blanket until our third day. To avoid sleeping under a single bed sheet we had to go buy our own blanket which we left behind .

Overall a very nice property and location. Unfortunately one of the showers was not working and sprayed water everywhere when we tried to use it. Not a big deal, we communicated immediately with staff and received a response, however the quality and timeliness of communication thereafter was quite poor. We had only one working shower for our entire trip. In addition to that, the door knob for the other bathroom was broken. Maintenance issues were our biggest criticism of the place.

Everything was fantastic! The room was well stocked and clean when we arrived, the view was great, it was quiet, and the location was extremely convenient. Lots of good restaurants nearby as well as the train station and convention centre, and a Starbucks right downstairs too! We'd definitely love to come back next time we're visiting the area!

The laundry service did not meet my needs. There was a washer in unit but it smelled so bad I didn’t feel like I could put my clothes in there. There was also visible mold around the door of the machine.

Nice suite, however there was some dust on the fan above the kitchen. Parking issue: parking is not included, and the cost to park a vehicle is very high. Night incident: the fire alarm went off during the night. I had to walk down the stairs from the tenth floor, only to find that everything returned to normal as if nothing had happened. Conclusion: I would not book again.

easy check in super close to everything clean and just an over all great experience

The room was perfect, and clean. The staff were friendly. We absolutely loved our stay.

I tried to check in but the front desk hadnt been informed. When that got sorted out, I entered the room only to find a dirty sock in the bedsheets. The room had not been cleaned. Disgusting.

Property staff were secure at the front desk but didn’t do much to occomdate or clarify confusion at check in for first time renter from a “host”.
