The entire room was clean, lots of extra linens and a fully stocked kitchen.

Room very nice, and comfortable. Higher floor elevators had many issues which impacted our perception of this hotel. We unfortunately had to wait up to 20 minutes just to get an elevator to come to our floor. When checking out one would not come up so we had to descend 40+ flights of stairs on foot, which lead to us missing our train. Aside from that the location is great, very walkable to many things downtown.

Room is clean and spacious with a good view from the balcony. Check in is 4pm, but when I arrived just after 5pm, the concierge didn’t have my key as the cleaner still had it and they couldn’t get hold of them. Check-in is done online via an email link. I didn’t get a confirmation of check-in with room number as I should have done. Had an email overnight telling me there will be a late checkout fee if I don’t hand the key back by 11am. Seems a bit of a cheek after not having my room ready for over an hour after check in time. Overall a nice room, but a poor experience. I wouldn’t recommend staying here and will be avoiding it myself in future.

Small balcony, tidy well fitted apartment in the heart of the action.

The place need a little fixing up with the glass doors door knobs and washing machine that has mildew. Besides that everything was beautiful love the place still will be back.

Excellent location with lots of entertainment and restaurants close by. The room was quite and very comfortable. All the convenience of home. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

As for the staff, Daniela did a very good job. The room is clean and the surroundings is very neat. We pretty much like the room so much because it's so nice and bright. It will be much better if you include Microwave Oven to the unit. but everything else is great. Angelito.

The kitchen area and the view of the stadium area was very nice. The shower is very small, even for average size female, had no shelf for toiletries and was moldy. The bathroom sink is vessel style and not much room for personal items.

We booked this condo upon arrival, 6 elevators were there only one worked to go up to the 22 floor we were on. No elevators were working going down. We had to carry luggage down 22 flights of stairs and one our person in our group had a heart condition. This was brought to the condo attention and Expedia. The condo did nothing after speaking with them about the lack of communication and no working elevators. Nothing was done and we were left with “ sorry for the incomvience “. After further talking to locals who live in the building they advised the elevators have been out for over 2 months. Again this was not noted on the booking and we were never advised of this when we arrived nor was there anything posted at the condos. Do not book here unless you want to walk down 22 plus stairs with luggage bags etc. Extremely disappointing and even more that the place wouldn’t do anything about it.

Not luxurious but very comfortable room. Lots of space—it is 3 full bedrooms. Kitchen is functional and definitely enough for a travelling couple or family. Most of the elevators were not working when I was there so it was slow getting to unit at times.

The room was very nice, exactly as pictured. The location was perfect. Everything we needed and wanted to do was close enough to walk to. It was only a 5 minute walk to Union Station, which made it easy to do a day trip to Niagara Falls. Having in-suite laundry was very handy. Our room overlooked the water and Scotiabank Arena. It was cool to be on the balcony during the Blue Jays games. Our one complaint is the bedding. For hotel prices, I was expecting clean, luxurious hotel bedding. But they were cheap lumpy IKEA pillows that were yellowing and the duvet had a big rip in it.

I had an amazing experience staying at RS Boutique Suites in Toronto. The suite was spotless, modern, and well equipped with everything I needed — a full kitchen, comfortable bed, and plenty of space to relax. The location couldn’t be better, right in the heart of downtown, within walking distance to restaurants, shops, and attractions. Check-in was smooth, and communication with the staff was fast and professional. I especially appreciated how quiet and secure the building felt despite being in a central area. It really felt like a home away from home rather than just a hotel room. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Toronto, whether for business or leisure — I’ll definitely stay here again on my next trip!

Great location, super clean and mattress was super comfy. Only one elevator working so we spent a lot of time waiting around for that but great outside of that.

We were disappointed by the poor quality of the bed. It was so warm to sleep in that we had a hard time to sleep even with air conditioning on. Also, it took us up to 30min every time we need to take the elevator because it was too crowded and two elevators were down. Otherwise, the stay would have been fine, but those were quite major irritants.
