The room was spacious and not cramped, everything was where I was informed it would be, and the amenities worked properly. Overall, it was a really fantastic experience especially for me who’s never been in that kind of hotel before

I was not expexting such a high level of cleanliness throghout the whole premises. The staff was such a gentleman with amazing customer service skills. I think is the best i found in the area

All was fine but there was no soap in the bathroom

It was a dry roof over our heads and warm bed. Bed, towels and bedding were a bit aged. Room was quite small and the bed was not the most comfortable. Shower pressure was quite low. But you get what you pay for and it served its purpose for the night. Plenty of space to park car.

The bathroom was shared and very clean however, one bar of soap between customers is a very dirty practice. Also a very clean shower however no shampoo. Beds very springy therefore avoid if you have back problems otherwise okay to stay price wise.

Very noisy other residents with screaming kids and doors being slammed shut.

Kitchen was great. Hotel fine inside. Very happy overall. Only real issue was the check-in which was tricky for autistic, dispraxic people, having to call a remote number near a road, where traffic noise is very loud and then open a key box system with one hand whilst trying to listen to the person on the other end of the phone explain what the code was. Awful.

Nothing wrong with kitchen facilities but a kettle in the room would save having to go down to kitchen every time one wanted a coffee.

No tea making facilties in room hairs on pillows Cobwebs on ceiling&walls. Bedding was not fresh,nothing on what we could use in the kitchen as there was more than 1 fridge the prices are overcharged for what you get as we didnt get anything this property cannot and should not be called a hotel as it certainly isnt its a hmo a house of multiple occupancy very dissapointed

A value for money offering, although I would guide users away from Room 2, due to traffic noise and light breaking through the blinds. "Have your own toiletries" is also suggested by the hotel. Abigail checked me in with first class charm and efficiency.

When we booked tge book in time was not vidable to us and we were suprised it was 4pm as this felt a little late. Paul was loveley and made us feel very welcome. The room was large but felt a little dated but for the price was more than acceptable. We stayed 1 night in the family room and my girls enjoyed the stay. I went for Breakfast which was self serve and a basic continental but you also have the facilities to make your own should you desire. Lots of contractors and Builders use this hotel and I can see why. Well done Paul great little affordable hotel that does exactly what it says on the tin.
