Rating & Review Keseluruhan Hôtel Sainte-Anne

Hotel is beautiful and staff is great. However the hotel didn’t have our reservation even though I had necessary details via Expedia app. Once sorted (only 2/3 rooms available) my family had to request the AC be turned on luckily someone was available after midnight else they would have had no ac overnight. The rooms were also missing little things like sugar. I had to request compensation nothing was offered for their mistake. Hopefully anyone else booking has a pleasant stay because it is a very nice convenient hotel.

I would love to understand why and how i had to pay twice for one booking. I did not receive a statement or recipt about the second charge. Would not recommend.

This hotel is a quaint boutique hotel. It is located in an up and coming neighborhood The continental breakfast is fantastic. Delicious croissants with cheese and ham plus bagels cereal waffles etc. I enjoyed having a spot to go to every morning. The staff is friendly. There is a bus on the corner that can take you to the Metro. Metro is great n safe to ride. I also enjoyed how the lobby was decorated. JKW

Amazing location in the heart of Old Quebec's Upper Town, literally steps from the Chateau, Breakneck Steps, etc. We had a Jr Suite, which was roomy and very comfortable for 3 adults (two beds and a sofa). The staff at the hotel was great, patiently answering questions and cheerfully "bonjouring" us as we came and went during our 2-night stay. The attached restaurant does offer breakfast at an additional $$$ cost, but we just ate some yogurt and mueseli that we brought with us and stored in the room's minifridge. The room also had a Nespresso coffee machine that made great coffee. There's a Tim Horton's 3 mins or so away if you want to get your breakfast there. We had no problem with finding parking, even though we arrived around 5pm on a Friday evening. There are two nearby garages: the closest is Stationnement SPAQ - Hôtel de Ville 29 Côte de la Fabrique, Québec, QC G1R 5M1, and another 2 mins walk away is Chauveau Garage at 7 Rue Pierre Olivier

The room was very clean and so quiet but the best thing was the location. A stone’s throw from the Chateau Frontenac, the Hop On Hop Off bus stop and the funicular. In the heart of the Haute Ville, so close to a multitude of sights, restaurants and shops.

The perfect location to experience old Quebec. Rooms were clean, quiet and comfortable and staff were friendly and helpful. We had a Ram Truck so we had to park about a 15 minute walk away but you can get fairly close to unload bags first. Not a bad walk.

This hotel delivered on every promise. It was super clean and the rooms were really charming with the authentic brick and stone mixed with modern amenities. Loved having the Nespresso machine! We were in the center of everything and could walk to TONS of shops and restaurants, yet it quieted down at night so it was never an issue for sleep. Service was so nice, and they also were so kind to accommodate a change to our travel plans. I work in travel and have been around the world, and this ranks as one of my favorite stays. Highly recommend!

What a wonderful location! Easy to get to anywhere in the Walled City. Staff was kind and helpful. We will definitely recommend to other and stay again when visiting.

Great staff, friendly and very helpful. Rooms have comfortable beds, nice updated bathrooms and all the amenities one would expect. Clean, quiet, and comfortable.The building like most in QC is old so expect some room shape quirkiness, but all very acceptable.Nice that the hotel has Savini attached, the food is quite good, creative options and reasonably priced. Week day housekeeping of the bathroom was below expectations but overall a great stay.

The hotel was perfectly located in the heart of Old Quebec where you could walk out the door and be surrounded by restaurants, shops, tourist sites, tour buses, … loved it!
