Great pool. Beautiful decor but our room had a smoky smell over the two nights we stayed. The lights were not operating properly. À la carte breakfast not very good although they catered for my gf request. Buffet would have been better. Gorgeous grounds and garden surrounds. Helpful staff and Bundanoon is a lovely town with excellent bush walks and viewing areas.

Our favourite Southern Highlands destination...in the little sleepy village of Bundanoon - close to Bowral and many dining options...with its own highly regarded restaurant. Beautifully styled and comfortable accommodation - our only problem was the difficulty in tuning in to live TV...too complicated ...cannot do with a press of a button...

We will definitely be back to stay again. The staff were very friendly and obliging. The property has magnificent views from its terrace. The villas are very special. Food preparation was disappointing however I am sure can be improved. The interiors have been nicely refreshed and decorated. Only the Villa bathrooms have heating. The grounds are nicely kept but the tennis court needs some TLC.

A beautiful country house, a short drive from Sydney. Beautiful landscape, stunning spa and great food at the restaurant. Staff think of every detail.

We had a lovely 2 night stay. The staff could not have been more helpful. Loved it.

Fantastic staff who were very professional and appropriately friendly. Very comfortable rooms and good dining facilities . Nice generous touches- pre dinner drink complimentary, glass of wine on arrival , delicious cookie in the room. Staff greet you as you arrive and valet park car and bring in luggage. Close to Morton National Park for walking and southern highland towns such as Berrima for dining and shopping. I like strong tea and to my great pleasure they had strong black tea for breakfast.

This place is the absolute epitome of luxe and indulgence. The staff are incredible (special shout-out to Chloe and Fiona). Nothing is too much effort and the location is divine. Will 100% stay here again and we actually debated staying an extra night at check-in we had such a great time. We didn't even try the pool, spa, sauna or gym! So much left to explore. Love, love, love it.

From an incredibly warm welcome and delightful check-in to a wonderful cabin on lovely grounds, to an excellent spa day with massage, fantastic dining options, lovely views and exceptional and helpful staff throughout our stay, the Osborn House exceeded our expectations in every regard. Highly recommend!
