Very friendly staff and very respectful and accommodating staff. Very central to everything

Check in process late at night was not great. I had to wait 10-15 minutes to get in (was worried nobody would answer, causing me to knock loudly). The staff need to be much more responsive to messages. Otherwise, the hostel itself is fine and a great value for your money.

We booked a private room. The room smelled strongly of mold, there was no hot water in the shower, and the cleaning wasn't very good. It is a hostel, not a hotel. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

Far from downtown Staff zero English ! No elevator and our room was on tge very top floor. Noisy - dogs! People singing Breakfast not served on our first day !!!

Se podría explicar en las plataformas de hospedaje como booking, hoteles.com etc. que la habitación es compartida con gente desconocida porque no lo especifica y la reservé y ohhh sorpresa había hombres y mujeres en la misma habitación

I really loved this locations. It is centrally located so everything is walkable. There wasn’t any hot water and I paid for a private room at the top however it’s connected to the rooftop so there is a lot of traffic crossing my room to get there. And other patrons weren’t abiding by the quiet hours. It’s a great area to catch a sunrise so I don’t blame them but the stomping up the stairs and the drones flying at 5:45/6am were not fun for us light sleepers. Besides that all good. Love the staff

El personal fue muy amable, la habitación era lo que se esperaba, lo único malo es la cortina del baño ya que es muy pequeña y se mojaba todo, pero del resto todo bien, lo recomiendo la verdad que el hotel es una joya en medio de la ciudad

The hotel is in a good location, and the staff were nice. I stayed in the Standard Shared Dormitory and found it to be quite noisy at some points. Unfortunately the hostel did not had any ear plugs, which I would suggest for them to provide. The lockers did not had the option to put a lock on them, and while there was an option to lock the belongings in a storage closet, it was not convenient as you need to ask the staff for access. I also suggest for the owners to add the possibility to lock the storage shelves. The bathrooms were okay, they were clean but definitely require improvements, especially the showers downstairs.

Muy limpia, camas cómodas con varias almohadas, localidad muy céntrica con todo a pasos. El personal super agradable e servicial. Resguardo de equipaje y acceso al baño y ducha aun luego del check out; mas asombroso aún sin costo adicional… excelente servicio el mejor trato y servicio q e recibido en algún hotel sin importar su categoría… 100% recomendado
