Excellent stay. Lovely room. Good facilities. My room, 241, had a stunning view.

Just located in a beautiful corner in the historical center of Olomouc. Walkable to the main sights of the city. Nice staff and gorgeous breakfast. Highly recommend.

The area and the quaint building were very nice, giving a sense of the good side of Olomouc. Also, the breakfast was excellent. If I had to say something, the heating was not very good. It would be desirable to improve the curtains and to prepare spare hangings in advance.

Spent two nights here. Our entire stay was memorable and very comfortable. We were in room #241, a large room with sweeping views. Lovely and clean, well-appointed. Delicious breakfast and friendly and helpful staff, especially Ana. Onsite parking available. Easy walk too all city attractions. Highly recommend!

Amazingly friendly, helpful staff, and a clean cozy room (a single room) in a lovely old building. The breakfast is outstanding - a great selection of fresh foods.

Problemas: 1) Não tem black out no quarto e a claridade é insuportável, 2) Estacionamento do hotel insuficiente e alternativa é distante, 3) Não tem tomada ao lado da cama, 4) Não tem Smartv Pontos positivos: localização, silêncio, café da manhã, café grátis na recepção, quarto grande, cama boa

Unfortunately no air condition and no refrigerator

Very centrally located hotel in the old part of town. Beautiful exterior and reception. Room surprisingly old fashioned compared to the reception area. I had understood that garage parking woukd be available but when we arrived the parking was full. There was no street parking anywhere nearby and even car park nearby was full. Due to tiredness from a long long drive combined with old narrow one way streets plus google maps not really knowing the way around Old Olomouc we used best part of 1 hour to finding a parking house. Not an ideal arrival by any means. The receptionist was very apologetic and it was not her fault but maybe it should be made clearer that parking is limited and arrive early if you want parking....... Breakfast was very good.

Arrivée le week-end, super tous les parkings sont gratuit. L'hôtel dans les vieilles bâtisses, superbement rénové. Ma chambre était très agréables, très confortable, très propre. Le petit plat de bienvenu était apprécié. Je n'ai pas vu en France un Hôtel 3* aussi top. L'environnement à visiter, très près de centre ville Je recommande vivement cet établissement

Personal sehr freundlich. Es gab Probleme mit dem Generallichtschalter, weil der auch die Steckdosen ausschaltete, was z.B. über Nacht negativ ist, weil ich wegen Schlafapnoe eine C-Pap-Maske tragen muss und Strom brauche, aber nicht bei Licht schlafen will. Sonst alles super, tolles Frühstück.

Big room. Some nice touches like a large bathroom with separate shower and tub. Good amount of storage. No fridge, no AC, lobby smells. Great location! Decent breakfast. Extremely loud if you have people above you. Couldn’t rest or sleep.

Location, location, location

After a bad night on a worn out mattress with springs sticking into my back, I was given a different room with new mattresses. Check your mattress before you unpack. There was no air conditioning. If you are coming in hot summer months, beware. We at least had a fan in the second room. The hotel was clean and nice, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is good for local sights.
