The host was incredible. A treasure. The room and facility were perfect. Private import wine was delicious. Breakfast sooooo food. We will be back.

Loved the quiet area

We loved our room❤️, the bathtub, the hot tub, the sauna and the delicious dinner. Everything was impeccably clean, and the whole farmhouse has a comfortable vibe although it is from another more elegant time. Fred and Laura are charming hosts and extremely helpful and accommodating. Thanks so much for a very pleasant stay.

We just love this place so much....a gorgeous property, such welcoming and wonderful hosts, great location, fantastic breakfasts....just a lovely and luxurious place to be, we always wish we could stay longer....and look forward to coming back again whenever the timing works out...

We had an incredible stay at Lee Farm Inn. Laura and Fred were very welcoming and kind enough to offer dinner service, as the options in Stanstead are limited. Both meals we had were of five-star quality. The inn itself is beautiful, and the beds are comfortable. We hope to have a reason to go back. Thank you for the great experience!

Incredible place. The perfect stop on the way to Mount Washington. Everything's perfect. A beautiful house in a great setting. Jacuzzi under the trees, little bridge over a small stream, pool, garden, many living rooms. This 1810 farmhouse is a must!

The best B&B I have ever stayed at. The place and the room were incredibly. It was beautiful, quiet and felt very safe. The grounds were wonderful, very serene. Fred and Laura were absolutely wonderful. They made us feel so welcomed and we had great conversation. They made us feel like family. They were always there when we needed something. I would recommend this place to anyone and I would definitely come back.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Lee Farm Inn. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and cared for. The hosts were incredibly warm, attentive, and knowledgeable about the area, offering great recommendations for things to do and places to dine. Our room was spotless, beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable. Breakfast was a real highlight - fresh, delicious and clearly made with love. The setting is peaceful and picturesque, making it an ideal place to relax and recharge. We couldn't recommend this lovely Inn enough and we are already looking forward to our next visit! Wonderful place to stay! We had stayed about ten years ago and enjoyed it, but subsequently a young couple bought the Inn and have made many improvements. They are the best hosts imaginable! Very attentive and welcoming, and the warmth of their young family sets a happy tone for the entire experience. Great location just at the US border so ideal to break up a driving or biking trip.

Lee Farm Inn is a jewel. The hosts are exceptionally helpful and friendly. The accommodations are beautiful and comfortable. The breakfast was outstanding.

A charming and cozy auberge run by a lovely young couple. Warm, personal service, fresh and delicious food, and an all-around delightful experience.

We stayed for two nights in July and we loved it. The room was very clean and it’s the only room with a small balcony we could sit out on. Fred and Laura (innkeepers) could not have been nicer to us and we were lucky enough to have the place to ourselves. We loved the breakfast each morning and enjoyed an entire afternoon at the pool. We even used the hot tub. Everything was perfect. We also rented a boat at the Fitch Bay marina which was a highlight. The inn is about a 1 minute drive from the border so it’s very convenient. The Inn deserves all the top notch reviews it has received. Can’t wait to come back.

Laura was a wonderful host. Very kind, welcoming and friendly. The home was beautiful as were the grounds. Highly recommend.
