Apprécie la propreté. Insonorisation un peu déficiente, réception manquait de informations. Papier hygiénique il fallait en demander il y avait seulement un demi rouleau à notre arrivée.

Nous avons séjourné au petit chalet très bien grand et confortable. Le seul problème l’air climatisé était en défaut alors très chaud pour dormir.

Very cute place, lovely view. The pool was still closed the hot tub is one you would have in your back yard, sauna we didn’t use but looked nice. It was 10:15am we had music on in our room and immediately had a noise complaint. They have a fully stocked mini fridge as you’re not allowed to bring your own alcohol to the amenities. (Maybe a province rule). Staff were very accommodating bringing ice to the room as there’s no accessible ice machine. All in all cute hotel. Walked to the food tiny houses, it was good.

The pictures online look nothing like the property, we got there and our cabin was 5 feet away from the Main Street as well has having all the garbages next to our door, we asked for a refund and was given this “ even if someone does in your family, you would not get a refund” very unprofessional and the staff was very rude, the spa is next to the receptionist office and the ride out was so small, this was very disappointing and would HIGHLY NOT recommend this place, we wanted to get a refund and they refused we ended up leaving and loosing our money, this is just how badly it was falsely advertised! Stay away!

Nous avons été très chaleureusement accueillis dès notre arrivée à l’Hôtel Rosay. L’endroit est impeccable, d’une grande propreté, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. L’équipe a pris le temps de bien nous orienter vers de bons restaurants dans le secteur, ce qui a été très apprécié. À notre retour, une belle attention nous attendait : un feu de foyer extérieur avait été allumé pour que nous puissions en profiter dans une ambiance conviviale et relaxante. Le personnel s’est montré particulièrement attentionné et disponible tout au long de notre séjour, notamment pour répondre à nos demandes, comme l’ajout d’un peignoir afin de profiter du spa. Petit bémol : nous n’avons pas réussi à faire fonctionner le sauna. Sinon, tout était à la hauteur : les lieux sont fidèles aux photos, l’ambiance est agréable, et le personnel est d’une courtoisie remarquable — respectueux, poli et vraiment accueillant. Une très belle expérience dans l’ensemble.

C’est notre hôtel préféré à Venise en quebec nous prévoyons y retourner en juin

Le petit déjeuner était parfait, je n'ai pas essayé la baignoire à remous et ma chanbre était vraiment très propre. De plus, avant mon arrivée on m'a textée pour me demander quelle genre de musique je préférais et à quelle température je voulais ma chambre. Donc, à mon arrivée, j'ai trouvé la télé allumée avec comme image un feu de foyer et de la munique classique et la température ambiante à 20 degrés tel que je l'avais demandé. J'ai bien apprécié cette attention. Merci. Michelle.
