Terrible Price more like a bed and breakfast … mo human contact at all coffe makers don’t work Most expensive place I stayed not impressed

The apartment was lovely. Modern, well appointed, big windows, comfortable bed. It is located on a street with many food and bar options, including a rooftop bar (which was not open during our stay) but it is not noisy. Note that there is no in-person staff. Everything is managed via text message but the host is very attentive. My entry code didn't arrive to access the hotel on the day of our stay but the host answered the call after a single ring and quickly sent me the text to enter my information for check-in. I also received step by step instructions on how to enter the property complete with photos--so it was a breeze. There are also several municipal lots in the area for easy parking. The value proposition for this property is unparalleled. I already sent the information to a friend who's parents are planning to stay in the area.

My go to place when I’m staying in Hamilton! Great location, beds are very comfortable, it’s very clean and I feel very secure staying here. Staff is very responsive if you need anything.

Great space, lots of natural light and nicely finished unit with a fully equipped kitchen. Highly recommended for the price. No staff on-site but they are very responsive by phone, which was reassuring. Only suggestion I would have is to include a usb-c or usb-a port somewhere in the unit (we forgot our charging brick, but assumed there would be a port to plug a cable into like most hotels have now in a lamp base or integrated into an electrical outlet).

Excellent location, spacious accommodation, parking was easy. Excellent gastropub at the bottom of the building. Great area with excellent bars and restaurants. Delightful.

Easy check in

Great location. Excellent food at the Plank restaurant downstairs. Clean and the laundry machine is handy. Self check in is easy and no hotel keys to worry about.

Great location for walking around, mini mart close by, pubs with patios on the block, room was quiet and comfortable, communication with the host was awesome.

Had a great experience overall. Everything was easy, the hotel was well-kept, and the location was perfect for what we needed.
