Rating & Review Keseluruhan Auberge Château Bahia

Notre séjour a été magique. Le personnel est amical et accueuillant, le château est époustouflant, la vue est a couper le souffle et que dire de la table d'hôte, renversante. Nous avons adoré notre expérience au château.

Website says it is accessible but for anyone with any mobility issues it is not.

Ok but not the best sink was leaking and door didn’t lock properly no shampoo soap

This place is not as advertised. The pictures do not represent what you will see. This place has no ocean view, it is surrounded by trees then there is an ocean at some distance( see the ocean view picture advertised was probably taken by a drone). The worst this is there is no bathroom or even a sink to brush your teeth in the room. We had to walk several flights of stairs to go to an outdoor bathroom. We had to leave after 1 night, and the owner refused to refund our 2nd night which we never stayed. There is also wild dogs at the property, not safe for kids

We arrived well within requested check in time but reception door was locked and only people visible were 3-4 young men apparently paining a deck. The location was in a heavily wooded area 500 meters from main road at end of a gravel road, no other customers and over all a bad feeling of not being safe! We did not stay as saw no one to check in. Only cars in gravel parking lot were of the workers? The exterior was very gaudy, painted a bright green and exterior narrow steps to access rooms. Would advise everyone to stay as far away as possible!!! Address does not even show on GPS maps!!! Looks nothing like the picture which was taken at night to hide a lot of unsavory details

Bonjour, Veuillez me donner suite concernant la réservation de cet hotel, j'ai eu la confirmation de vous autres comme quoi c'était réservé pour le dim soir 11 août jusqu'au 12 août. L'hotel avait eu la réservation pour le 10 août, je veux être rembourser pour cet erreur qui nous a occasionné bcp de problème. Nous avons dû coucher ailleurs. Je souhaite sérieusement que vous régliez qui a eu tort dans cette réservation et que je sois rembourser pour ce montant pris sur ma carte de crédit. Sinon une publicité sur internet serait fait de ma part pour vous expédia et l'hôtel. J'ai réservé 2 autre hôtels avec vous pour mon séjour de la semaine dernière soit Témiscouata et Percé, j'ai été satisfaite de ces 2 établissements et j'espère qu'avec Chateau Bahia vous allez me rembourser mes frais de réservation car ce n'est pas moi qui ai fait l'erreur. Die bei der Buchung genannten Dinge (Frühstück verfügbar und Restaurant) waren überhaupt nicht vorhanden. Das Zimmer war sehr sehr klein und ohne Komfort (kein Kühlschrank, keine Kaffeemaschine). Dies zusammen rechtfertigt nicht den Preis für das gebuchte Komfortzimmer.

This is a very interesting hotel with a lot of potential. We enjoyed our time here.

Nous avons absolument adoré notre séjour de 4 nuits! Les propriétaires sont extrêmement gentils, les lieux sont propres et bien pensé, l’emplacement est magique et il y a tout pour se faire à manger! Nous repasserons certainement!

Accueil et service hyper chaleureux!

The building was very unique but the staff seemed disorganized. They had canceled one of my rooms without checking to see if it was an accidental duplicate reservation. Most of the description of the place was not accurate. Not wheel chair accessible, did not have bathrooms in every room, no TV, no fridge, no, microwave, hard uncomfortable beds, very tiny windows, no breakfast included, no hot water, no wifi, barely had cell service, no way to lock the door if you had to leave, and one staff went into our room without our permission after our stuff was in it. We made the most of it but will not be back!!! Will not recommend to others

Un hebergement special! Non seulement on couche dans un cateau mais on est aussi traité comme des rois et reine ! Les propriétaires sont extremement attentionné, l'endroit est enchanteur et la baie des chaleur est tout pret !
