Was easy(one bus) to get downtown. on site parking, clean, safe. hot water for showers. Good security

Todo bien, menos por el tema de pedir factura. El establecimiento me pasó una factura con un importe distinto (inferior) a lo que yo pagué a través de la app. Y para mí es un problema. Es la primera vez que me pasa!

Very clean and in a good area- only 30 minute walk to plaza de España

El problema son los estudiantes jóvenes. Parece que es llegar a la edad tonta y en la azotea deja de haber piloto. De verdad hay que explicarle a esa gente que cuando llegan de fiesta, o cuando van por los pasillos hay gente durmiendo? Pues eso, si no fuera por el ruido le pondría más nota global.

Una experiencia buena, pero hay muchos ruidos por la noche de los residentes. En general es una excelente opción!

Es un residencia para estudiantes. No admiten huesped que no sean estudiantes.

Le faltaba buenas cortinas en la cocina una olla y cafetera tostador

Llego nuestro vuelo con retraso y al llegar a las 23.00 horas nos atendio un seguridad y no queria dejarnos entrar .al final lo arreglamos con el .pero no es normal .tiene que haber un conserje.

War leider etwas laut nachts mehrmals und morgens ansonsten war ich zufrieden.

The dorm room was very comfortable clean and a good location can take a cheap Uber or cab into the city easily! However I was there for five nights and no one replaced my toilet paper or gave new towels or seemingly did any maintenance! Maybe you need to ask them for this but I would assume hotels in other parts of the world are the same where they come daily to maintain. I’m from the USA and a maid comes in everyday normally. Can’t beat the price and location but I had to steal a roll of TP from the lobby bathrooms!
