Excelente hotel!!!

I picked this hotel primarily for its location in the old town district of San Sebastián. The room was comfortable, and the hotel staff were all really helpful and friendly. My room’s window faced the basilica, and although the bells were noisy, the glazing on the windows completely obscured the sound. One small thing I would mention - the corridors and stairwells are very dark, so I had to watch my footing. Overall, I would recommend this hotel.

Great location

We stayed in a room on the 5th floor (503) and could not fault it. When we stepped out on the balcony and witnessed how close we were to the Basilica we were concerned that the clock chiming would keep us awake through the night but that was not an issue at all. The hotel location is perfect, right in the heart of the old town with many bars and restaurants to choose from.

Rommet var nydelig, og antagelig nettopp pusset opp - det var en fryd å overnatte der, selv om jeg kunne ønsket meg dun fremfor skum i putene. Frokosten var helt utmerket, i en flott sal med hyggelig personale. Sammen med et utvalg cookies, croissant og syltetøy på toast, fikk jeg også egg benedict 😋. Hotellet har en liten og trang lobby med resepsjon men det gjør ikke noe for rommet er viktigst og det er helt topp 👍 Det kan virke som det er vanskelig å få biltransport helt til døren. Min Uber måtte ihvertfall slippe meg av fire kvartaler unna. Kan ha noe med at hotellet ligger midt i gamlebyen.

Great stay! Elevator was broken the lat couple days made checking out very difficult getting luggage down. Otherwise was great

Chambre spacieuse, propre et bien insonorisé au 5 ème étage. Le petit déjeuner est très bien. Le gros plus est l'emplacement au coeur de la vieille ville. Seul petit bémol le personnel de l'accueil pas toujours très accueillant ( c'est pourtant leur rôle....).

サンセバスチャンを観光するのに最適なロケーション。ホテル内にバルがあるのに、周囲のおすすめバルのリストももらえて、食の楽しみを 堪能する拠点として、役立つホテルだった。朝食も美味しく、部屋も清潔で、スタッフもフレンドリーだったので、とても満足してます。

This hotel provides an an amazing experience for this city, if I were to visit again I would stay here for sure.

バルにも行きやすく観光しやすい。 ゴミ箱がトイレの含めて1つしかないのと、スリッパが無いのが残念だったけど、朝食も美味しいし全体的に清潔、部屋からの眺めもよくスタッフも優しくて、とてもよかった！
