Located in a busling neighbourhood close to attractions. Pubs, cafes and supermarkets within a blick or two. Plenty of food options

Exceptionally friendly staff, exceptionally clean room with tea kettle and refrigerator. Great location for exploring Madrid! Immediately across from the Metro station. Staff was especially accommodating with our early check-in after a long international flight.

The two young women at the reception desk were wonderful and so was their manager, another lady. The two guys in the evening shift were always looking at their screens and never paid attention who was going or coming. Good location, a big supermarket justtsround the corner and there are restaurants snd cafes nearby. Basically, you could easily walk just about anywhere in the center of Madrid.

This hotel, though it’s only three stars, really tries to be four. The new renovations were lovely and made me feel welcomed. I especially loved the decor; it made me feel special for being there. The beds were super comfy, and the showers were nice.The staff are plentiful and so friendly and helpful. Plus, the location was perfect for exploring Madrid. It was easy to walk to the main shopping district or hop on the metro to get around. There’s also a taxi stand nearby for a quick ride. Pan y Pepinillos Cafe had the best breakfast—it’s about a five-minute walk from the hotel. It only seats about ten, but we managed to snag a seat on two different days. If you can’t get a seat, order takeout.

El aire acondicionado es central, no lo puedes regular de manera independiente. Hacia calor en Madrid y no podía prenderlo en los grados que queríamos.

Lovely room with great facilities. Friendly staff

Lovely hotel in a great location. The staff were all excellent, Joaquin was especially helpful and resolved a small issue we had straight away. The small kitchenette was very useful. The bed was very comfy too. Only down side AC wasn't on and was stuffy, too noisy to open windows. But this was because in between seasons. In all loved hotel and will go back.

We were unable to sort out how the fan turned on. Instructions would have been helpful. We didn’t care enough to ask, just used the window

everything was perfect. i strongly recommend this hotel and would chose it next time i come to madrid.

La habitación está muy bien y muy limpia , pero lo mejor de todo la atención que nos han prestado en el hotel , un 10 por el personal , destacando a Trini y Roxana de recepción.

TUTTO PERFETTO!! Hotel molto bello, curato nei minimi dettagli dalla hall fino alle camere. La camera era bella, moderna, spaziosa, dallo stile raffinato. Al nostro arrivo ci ha accolto Joaquin, che è stato molto professionale e simpatico. Complimenti! Posizione ottima, centrale e con tutti i punti di interesse della città a walk distance.

Hotel bonito, bien ubicado, cama deli y todo limpio. No tiene desayuno es lo unico que le agregria.
