En general es buen hotel , es muy céntrico y tiene estacionamiento.El desayuno que incluye es muy sencillo pero saca de apuros .

El aire acondicionado no servía de la habitación, y de la recepción amablemente me prestaron un ventilador Además la taza del baño estaba rotas, salía agua

Re property it self was nice, however no A/C or fan in the room. Bed was comfortable. Very few amenities in tenth room, no Kleenex. The bathroom was very small, mold on the ceiling, light fixture hanging down from the ceiling, facing away from the mirror, so ever poor lighting. No drain plug in re sink.Takes about 5 minutes for hot water and very poor pressure in the shower. Shower door opening is on 16"! Very noisey at night. Need earplugs. Floor was dirty. My feet were black.

Hotel was first class, secured parking, cooked to order breakfast, 2 minutes from the town square. Everyone was happy and helpful. Vanessa was great along with the young lady that checked us in.

The staff were outstanding. We were treated like family. They had hotel parking that was a big help in town. Breakfast was great. Thank you Vanessa for a great stay!

Our room was clean and comfortable as well as the hotel. The staff here is amazing, we were staying here during the cartel attack in Guadalajara and PuertoVallerta, in complete lockdown. The staff went above and beyond to take care of us and keep things safe and calm. There aren't enough words to express our gratitude. 10/10 would return or recommend. In fact, another group of travelers we met that were staying down the road moved to this hotel and agreed there was a great difference.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, comfortable and a perfect location for walking around the village. Breakfast was made to order and delicious.

The room was a bit outdated, smelled a little bit of humidity and was really small. There were also only 2 towels provided for a room booked for 4 individuals. The WiFi was terrible and didn’t work at all. The breakfast was very limited. Parking was not on-site, it was about half a block away. The hotel staff were kind and helpful and the location of the hotel was ideal.

Grewt room , barhroom was small

Rooms are small even though they have twin bed in them. I didn’t like that the Guy up in the front desk had a line because he had to go inspect each room one by one. Again only one guys in reception. The good thing is that it was close to the center where you could walk and shop.

La habitación estaba linda pero estaba aún lado de recepción y se escuchaba todo el ruido de la recepción😣😣😣😣 eso no me gustó soy muy sensible a los ruidos. La comida era rica pero si un poco más de variedad en las opiniones de los desayunos sería bueno.
