Rating & Review Keseluruhan 21C Museum Hotel St Louis

I've stayed at 21c in Nashville and fully enjoyed the experience. In St. Louis it's not in a great neighborhood, very run down. The room phone never worked thank got for cell phones and elevators. The temperature controls didn't work properly. Fire alarm went off in the middle of the day while my 3 year old grandson was sleeping my daughter in law had to carry him down ten flights of stairs only to be told it was a mistake alarm. Valet parking is $50 for an open fenced lot across the street??? We walked around one afternoon and never really found anything cool or fun to go do... I would avoid this hotel get something g. Lose to the. Cardinals ball park same pricing with a way better experience!

Looks good and the toiletries brand is amazing

Spectacular restaurant, comfortable room, good museum, and it feels safe. The elevator has keyed access to each floor.

This was our 2nd stay which speaks volumes! We love this place. It is upscale but relaxed. Historic but modern. Great location in walking distance of many attractions, but quiet. Clean. So Clean. I feel very comfortable walking around the room without shoes. Just a couple issues I will note...no after hours room service or even vending to get a snack or drink. And, only 1 roll of toilet paper. I think 2 rolls would have made us less nervous.😉

Bar service was very slow. Staff didn’t tell us there was a coffee shop.

This hotel has a lot of potential. It’s in a good area of the city. The hotel itself is so fun bright colored wallpaper art all over the place pool hot tub saunas pool tables literally has something for everybody. The front desk staff was OK. The valet attendant were fantastic all in all enjoyed the trip

We enjoyed our two nights at this hotel. The property was nice and we were able to walk to Enterprise stadium easily.

We will be coming back! We absolutely loved the hotel. From the rooms (we had a Deluxe King Suite) to the restaurants to the huge art museum…it did not disappoint. It was also within walking distance to our event at Enterprise Center. Staff were very friendly. Although we didn’t get in, the pool and hot tub both were large and looked nice. They also have two huge weight/workout rooms, treatment rooms, steam rooms, etc.

I stayed at this hotel for the stl go marathon and absolutely loved it! Super close to the start/finish so that was convenient. The hotel itself was beautiful and unique. From the art, to the amenities, and staff! Ugh it was all perfect. I will be staying here again next time I’m in town. 10/10!

It’s easy to walk to most every venue I go to downtown. The hotel is amazingly beautiful.

We checked in the rain, not realizing they didn’t have a car port area or porters with umbrellas. Signage was very confusing outside and inside. The 1st room we were given had no electricity. The second room we were given had stains on the walls, carpet and bedding-which we suspected was mold. There was also someone’s medical patch on the shower floor. When my wife went to look at it closer, the shower floor had disgusting build up of something along the sides. My wife felt sick and we had already gotten ready for bed so when we called about the bed they said house cleaning was gone and we could move to another room by coming back downstairs and going through the same 30 minute process we had already done. Yes we should have checked the room before doing anything, but we’ve never had a boutique hotel that wasn’t more than acceptable. My wife slept in the chair, I slept in my clothes on top of other clothes on top of the bedding. The elevator appeared to have wine thrown all over it when we checked in, but was cleaned in the morning. They did refund the additional two nights we were scheduled to stay in, so I’m thankful for that. But we were told the one night “stay” would also be refunded which didn’t happen. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had in my significant travel history.

It was a really nice place to stay. Me and my wife enjoyed the hotel, pool, dinning, and the staff. We are going to go back. hopfuly for my birthday. Thank you hotel 21c!

Amazing

I always love staying at this hotel! The decor is beautiful and the drinks and food are top notch!

I wish I had nothing but glowing things to say, but I’m so disappointed about something that happened during our stay. We arrived fairly late in the day and all I wanted was to shower. The shower in our room was broken (the pull to transfer water from the tub to shower was missing). We called the front desk and requested it be fixed or we be moved. We were told they would send engineering. 30 minutes later I called back to ask for an ETA. I was told they’d send them right up. Another 30 minutes later we called to say don’t bother as it was then after 10pm and my son needed to go to sleep. I then did my best to bathe, but it was rather uncomfortable (actually painful at times) trying to crouch under the tub faucet to get clean. It did not feel like the front desk took our request seriously at all. I felt, in fact, quite dismissed when a shower seems not too much to ask at any hotel, let alone one like 21C. I will not be returning to this or any other 21C hotel.

Highly recommend! Loved the art museum inside the hotel and the cotton candy that came with the dinner bill! Coffee shop was also fabulous. Comfy beds and the shuffle board was a hit.
