Room was nice and clean...looks like it was renovated not too long ago. The common areas need work, especially the entrance. Good breakfast included bacon, eggs and potato's.

I was forced to leave in the middle of the night after repeated knocking on my door by staff accusing me of calling 911. At one point the police arrived and told me the staff had sent them. The vending machine stole $10. The staff did not care. I was not refunded my money after I requested it and I will never use Expedia again nor will I ever stay at that hotel chain again. I am deeply disappointed in the customer service I received after being harassed and made to feel unsafe and unwelcome.

Breakfast was well supplied. Staff were friendly and helpful as we ended up staying longer than expected due to our vehicle breaking down.

The building was being renovated while we were there, and stairs and hall weren’t being cleaned. Furniture in the room was stained. Sheets had a tear. The bathroom door was a narrow ill -fitted barn door that gave no privacy or separation. The shower was small and without a door or curtain, so the floor got wet. This was an intentional design. The toilet roll holder was broken. The staff was not friendly nor helpful when we asked questions. The room was expensive, tacky, and a disappointment. We cannot recommend this hotel.

Great front desk team and staff. Quality room, and a good breakfast. Solid stay at Quality Inn.

Pet friendly. Near main strip, lots of dining short walk away. Room was spacious, clean. Cameras everywhere, security; felt safer than other places in Thunder bay. Great breakfast spread/ many options.

Property was under construction with dust in various public areas. Parking can be complicated, esp if you have lots of heavy luggage - suggest parking in the back first to unload as the elevator does not stop on the front desk level. We did like the internal open staircase - more hotels should do this! Near downtown Thunder Bay and walkable to the water - just cross the train tracks!

Clean room and parking was ok. Lot is not very big.

Staff was nice and polite but the area as well as the hotel wasn’t worth it. I’d give it a 1 star.

Modern rooms with a boutique feel

Updated rooms, clean and reset each day of my stay. Staff were always available at front desk and prompt to meet any request. Very reasonable price, convenient location downtown, would stay again.

Clean room

Check in was quick and easy. Our room was clean. We liked that you could park on a locked parking lot. The bed was comfortable. The area around the hotel is relatively safe and there are a number of decent restaurants within walking distance. The only problem is the hotel backs onto the CP rail line so makes for a noisy sleep but I would recommend this hotel. The price is good and it has easy access to the highways.

Lots of Reno’s. Place is looking great. Shower was way too small for a bigger guy. Great breakfast.
