Booked for a family. Very centrally located and very friendly staff.

Very friendly staff at this Hotel, only downside was the noisy Aircon which kept me awake for a while, (we were on 3rd floor above the vents).

Hotel is new, clean, modern, extremely comfortable, has a gym, a bar and close to all local shops and food outlets.

Location fantastic. Staff were all very friendly and efficient (especially Lynn at breakfast) The room was clean and comfortable.

The room was really hot, it was a sunny day but the windows didn't open and no fans, no way of cooling the room down. There was black scuff marks of considerable size on one wall, everything else was clean. Also the TV didn't work, buffering and turning off intermittently, I rang reception about this and was told to turn off , wait 10mins then turn on which didn't work. Also at breakfast there was no sausage, bacon or eggs , they were refilled later but

Excellent facilities, clean and soacious room

Lovely staff, room was spacious and immaculately clean. Buffet breakfast was very reasonable for the price. Perfect for an overnight stay. Very close to all city centre amenities.

What an amazing hotel, very convenient. The room was super clean and comfortable, overlooking Keel sq. Breakfast was hearty, a great selection including freshly brewed coffee and juices. The staff on check-in and in restaurant were all very pleasant. I will definitely make this my go to hotel again when im back in the UK.

All good. They do not use face cloths. We had to buy our own. A little strange.

The room was cold as the heating didn't work well. There was also no hot water in the shower. Despite requesting improvement, nothing was done. The room was clean and well-maintained, the housekeeping service was very good, and the breakfast was tasty.

Great hotel with big rooms and super comfortable beds. Loved my stay!

No toilet brush is an unforgivable economy. Will not use this group again.

Nice fresh hotel. Staff were excellent and pleasant. Easy walking distance to the railway station. Good location for bars and food etc.

I was genuinely surprised by this holiday inn. It was so clean and inviting. Property well maintained, a Starbucks in the lobby, well situated in the city centre! Will stay again!
