Tolles Personal, sehr schöne Anlage, PKW von Vorteil

El hotel está hermoso, la Alberca, el bar las habitaciones todo muy bonito y moderno. Súper agradable para descansar en la alberca, los camastros super cómodos Todo el personal muy amable No está cerca del centro de Cefalu pero durante el día hasta las 19:00 tiene un shuttle bus que te lleva y te regresa. Feliz regresaría a este hotel.

We had the most wonderful stay at Insulae Resort. Such a beautiful resort that went beyond what we were expecting. I commented to my wife that it “felt like a little piece of paradise.” It was so relaxing, the poolside lunch lunches are great, the bar serves great drinks at great prices and the a la carte restaurant, Zayt, is exceptional. We had dinner in there on the first evening and it was an experience to remember. All the staff were so friendly and engaging, we were made to feel so welcome. Special thanks to Antonino, Gianpiero and Salvatore. What great guys! We really didn’t want to leave and fully intend to stay again. We felt really at home is Sicily and there is so much more to see. Can’t wait to go back. Grazie mille a tutti!

The onsite restaurant was probably the best dinner I had in all my travels through Sicily…

Excellent séjour. À la lecture des avis nous étions inquiets avant notre arrivée mais dès notre réception c’était un vrai paradis. Un personnel très accueillant et très sympathique. Un endroit très agréable. Nous y reviendrons.

Absolutely stunning, the images do not capture how beautiful and clean this hotel is. Staff are amazing!! The old town is also stunning… This was a stunning experience and far more than we both anticipated. Thank you to all staff at the Insulae. See you again soon.

Wir haben eine Woche lang zwei Zimmer im Hotel Insulae gebucht und wurden leider in mehrfacher Hinsicht enttäuscht. Beim Check-out wurden uns plötzlich zusätzliche Kosten berechnet – ohne vorherige Rücksprache. Uns wurde eine beschädigte Toilettenbrille in Rechnung ( 50€) gestellt, obwohl diese bereits bei unserer Ankunft alt, vergilbt und beschädigt war. Auch die Duschbrause war komplett verrostet – ein klarer Hinweis auf mangelnde Wartung. Statt Verständnis oder Klärung gab es nur eine Rechnung. Zusätzlich wurden uns 50 € berechnet, weil unser Sohn, der nicht im Hotel übernachtet hat, nach dem Mittagessen kurz mit aufs Zimmer kam, um ein Brötchen und Wasser von seiner Mutter zu holen. Diese Abrechnung ist völlig überzogen und unprofessionell. Auf meine E-Mail an das Management habe ich bis heute keine Antwort erhalten. Ein weiterer großer Minuspunkt ist die Lage des Hotels: In nur ca. 50 m Luftlinie befindet sich ein Zementwerk, das rund um die Uhr arbeitet. Der permanente Geräuschpegel – Maschinenlärm, LKW-Verkehr und industrielles Brummen – begleitet einen Tag und Nacht. Zusätzlich verläuft in etwa 10 m Entfernung eine Eisenbahnlinie, die regelmäßig befahren wird und den Lärmpegel weiter erhöht. Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht, wird hier definitiv enttäuscht. Fazit: Wer Transparenz, Sauberkeit und eine ruhige Umgebung erwartet, sollte sich besser für ein anderes Hotel entscheiden.

Insulae Resort's pool, serviced by great bar staff, is the perfect place to completely relax before hitting up beautiful Cefalu for an afternoon stroll or evening meal. It's a 10-minute drive to the centre of Cefalu so you'll need a car or taxi if you're planning to come back late - the hotel's minibus service ends in the early evening. While there is access to the sea 100 metres away, it's a very rocky beach. A second walkable beach option, 400 metres away, is serviced by another resort and was very loud (thumping music). It's worth noting that trains do pass by close to the hotel and there's a concrete factory close by that also produces background noise.

Beautiful resort, but if you want to visit Cefalu city center not the best location. The hotel offers rides to city center but only limited hours. A 4 star hotel shouldn’t have instant coffee in the rooms should be broker quality. The breakfast was very good.

An amazing private resort on a small scale: new, clean, and thought through in every little detail. The premises are aesthetic, good-smelling and feel exclusive. The garden feels like a cosy hideout. Great cocktail bar, both during the day and in the evening, with Salvo and Emanuele not missing a chance to surprise you and make you smile. The fine dining experience at the on-site restaurant “Zayn” is worth a mention, too. A complimentary electric shuttle and EV charging are available, too.

Absolutely gorgeous boutique property, perfect for R&R, lounging by the pool and indulging in the inventive tasting menu (a high point during our trip!). Fantastic pool and bar area with fast and friendly service. Charming Cefalu is a shuttle ride away and we appreciated not having to drive ourselves into the town. The staff were very kind and attentive. The only downside was the size of our room - extremely small, if I were to return, I would seek out a large room if that is an option. The private terrace helps make up for it.

Ottima struttura. Bello il contesto, ed ambientazione eco-elegante e suggestiva. A pochi minuti di macchina dal centro di Cefalù Con servizio di navetta gratuito che fa più giri nel corso della giornata. Un solo ristorante con pochi coperti , ma servito da chef stellato Ma fondamentalmente il punto di forza del resort è il personale : dinamico, giovane, sempre disponibile , cortese e molto accogliente e sorridente. Ottima la colazione, non saprei invece per la cena che non abbiamo.mai consumato nel ristorante del resort, in quanto le temperature miti di fine ottobre, ci hanno sempre permesso di uscire la sera ed addentrarci nei vicoletti della splendida Cefalù ed i suoi tipici locali

Sehr nettes Personal und super Frühstück. Mittagessen würden wir nicht so empfehlen. Wir waren begeistert, dass es mehrmals täglich einen privaten Shuttleservice nach Cefalu in die City und Abholung von dort gibt. Sehr easy per WhatsApp buchbar. Begrüßungsgetränk aufs Haus war auch sehr lecker.
